Great buying experience, bought a bike about a month ago, and brought it in today for a routine tuneup, which was painless and quick.

Rory (owner) and Dave were the 2 who helped me the most when making my purchase.

My wife bought a new Yamaha TW200 but decided to sell it after only 600 miles…read more She took it to Vallely Sport & Marine for servicing. They charged her $100 for an oil change on a bike that only takes one quart of oil. They also installed the wrong oil filter that cut off oil supply to the top end and fried the motor They disassembled the motor and had no clue what was wrong. I researched on the internet and brought to there attention that they had installed the wrong oil filter. They said they would fix it. This was mid July by the end of September I went in and raised so much hell they kicked me out and threatened to call the police. The next day the bike was done. I asked for a refund for the $100 oil change and was refused. Got the bike back October first. Now we go to Team Yamaha in Bottineau. No setup or freight charge straight MSRP and great service

We bought a Tritoon from Vallely Sports and Marine in Minot ND. When it was bought in March 2025 we…read morewere not able to take it out on water before purchasing. We were promised by both the finance manager and sales man that if there were issues and they would resolve them. They told us to let them known right away if there was an issue. Within the first five minutes out on the water we heard a horrible sound coming from the wheel. We sent multiple videos to salesman who said bring it in right away. We brought it in to get fixed along with a couple other things. Got the boat back. They only fixed one thing (fuse blowing things out) didn't fix the sound. Took it back a second time again to fix it. Sent more videos. Which the mechanic, manager and salesman heard the issue. They were going to fix it this time. First time they just bled lines. The second time they put in new fluid. We were told to bring it back if there was any issues but they thought they got it fixed. Took it out for a third time and the exact same sound came back right away. Then the issues came when we had to start talking to the owner Tim Vallely. When I say he's a piece of work thats the kindest words I can say about him. I called the store and ask for a manager. She sends me to him. He says his name and I asked, sir are you the manager and he hung up on me. I called back again. Told her he hung up without even hearing who I was or talking to me and she put me through again then he just pushed me to voicemail immediately. Proceeded to vomit out crap when my husband called him today. He is not willing to fix an issue, even though it was promised to us by two people consistently before we bought the boat. Please tell me if this sound is a normal sound for a pontoon/tritoon and then please tell me if you have any issues with Tim Valley? I strongly strongly recommend nobody buys from this company. The salesman was an absolute delight and very kind human. The issues don't come from the working staff, the issues come from the owner who is an absolute snake (Tim). We even had two other mechanics. Listen to the videos. Tell them about it when we were on the boat and sending videos to them. It sounds like the helm pump is going out in the steering wheel. Tim was so kind to say that he didn't hear anything in any of the videos. Just spreading the news don't buy from this man. He will not stay true to his word or the word of his company. We are not the only people we are finding out he has lied too.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Went to Arnie's in Minot on June 30th for a tire service. I…read morecalled them on the phone to see when they were available to change the tire and let them know it was for a bike. When I gave them the tire dimensions over the phone, they said the tire was in stock and that they'd be able to get me out the door the same day. When I arrived, they told me the tire was not in stock and that they would have to order it. They also said they wouldn't be accepting new maintenance jobs for another three weeks. I agreed to pay for the tire and wait for it to arrive. I paid with my card and saw that the transaction went through, confirmed by the notification on my phone. The next week, on July 1st, my tire showed up. They called me, and I asked when they would be able to mount it. They told me probably the next day and said I could bring my bike in around 2 p.m. I showed up the next day, July 2nd, and was told they would have it finished after the 4th of July weekend. I received another call on the 3rd asking if the person working on it could finish it after hours so I could have it that night. I said sure, without thinking much about it, and that same night my bike was done. I received a call around 10 p.m. saying my bike was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, Cody told me I could just Cash App him the maintenance cost of $160, and since I had already paid for the tire, I'd be good to go. Fast-forward to July 25th -- I thought Arnie's had treated me so fairly that I went back to shop for a new helmet. I bought an AGV and paid for it with my card again, $302, and like before, the transaction notification popped up on my phone as posted. Fast-forward to today, November 11th -- I have an overdrawn account of $536.89 from Arnie's. Navy Federal said they sent the transaction and that it had been refunded both times by Arnie's. They explained that the bank didn't refund my account -- the merchant did -- and that nearly six months later, Arnie's requested the charge to post. Navy Fed said they can't do anything because merchants have up to 120 days to request funds from a pending transaction. I've heard this has happened to multiple people and that Arnie's never answers when asked why they do this. It has financially hurt me that they're requesting money after almost six months of waiting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM USING YOUR CARD. They overcharge, and the charge may not post until months later.

Very bad business practices in my opinion will have to see what the court system says about it.
