She cut me off and said, "Then what do you need?" I asked again for the perfume I was looking for and asked if she could help me find it. She replied with an annoyed sigh, "No, I can't leave the counter"and turned away. My husband asked her, Well then is there someone who might be able to help find it? She replied with another annoyed sigh, "Ohhhh... yes, just a minute." She was clearly not happy to be asked to help and annoyed with the imposition of a customer. The lady behind me quickly commented, "She wasn't interested in helping me either. Please avoid the older lady with the Russian accent in the perfume section. She clearly is in the wrong line of work. I promptly left to spend my money elsewhere. Keeping it classy JCP.

I prepared myself for a long wait & being told "there's a pandemic, we aren't taking returns" In I go, plates & receipt in hand. Greeter says her greeting & "Amazon return or store return?" I reply that it's a store return and she points me to register 8. No waiting... inhale, exhale... The gal at the register scans the items, hands me a receipt and my kohl's cash, while advising my card was credited. That was it. I thanked the gals there for making it so easy & fast. I was impressed!

Let's face it, nobody has time to dry clean everything and when a tag says "machine wash delicate, air dry", and I follow those directions, I expect it to be the same size and shape the next time I wear it. Sadly, more often than not, the tops shrink. Sizing up doesn't always work, as shrinkage isn't uniform or predictable. These clothes aren't cheap, so one expects better wear. Granted, I'm cheap and buy clearance, making it far less painful. Note: Staff are always a pleasure to encounter.

I returned to the store, unaware that they do not stand behind the quality of their products. They do not accept returns on washed merchandise...Jen was condescending (kept calling me hun) and argumentative (insisting there was no shrinkage). She volunteered to stream the top in an effort to prove there was nothing wrong with the quality, but finally gave up and recommended I iron it. I told her I wasn't happy with the condition after a single wash and wanted to return it, which she refused to accept. Lesson learned, I won't go back.

Most of my coworkers were fine, and the supervisors too, except one. The manager was very rude to me when I didn't understood something, she didn't have any patience or teaching skills at all. She yelled at me twice (one of the times she even pulled my arm hard and direct me where she wanted me to be), sometimes she told me to do something and other supervisor told me the exact opposite. There was no organization. When she was around I felt really uncomfortable. Even tho I had this problem, the other supervisors were really cool (Brittany is the one I remember most). She did have excellent communication and management skills, but sadly that experience with the other manager overpowered my view of the company. I didn't want to be yelled at again. Is a shame because I love Victoria's Secrets, but the poor management just doesn't work for me.
