Both times I ordered a small cappuccino with a couple pumps of syrup because I know that I like my drinks to be strong, flavorful, and frothy with little to no milk. I order them that way because I like them that way. Both times, the same server made me a large drink with hardly any foam, so the coffee was heavily diluted with milk. When I said that I thought I ordered a small, he just smiled and said "Don't worry about it. Enjoy!" TWICE now!! I do not mean to throw this server under the bus because he was genuinely kind and helpful, but I just want to ask that drinks be made how the customers ask them to be made. Most of the time, we know what we like.
