Went to get a new key and fob for my truck. Over $300 for both and didn't even include programming…read more They wanted another $75 for that. Took the truck to their service center and they said it would be less than 30 minutes. It was well over that. Receptionist came back and said the fob wouldn't connect to the BCM computer, that I just purchased from THEM, and needed to bring it back the next day. No diagnostic code on dash or fault on my app. They wanted another $100 just to look at it. Found a locksmith in town and they had the fob programmed in less than 2 minutes. Took longer to tell them what the dealership said than it did for them to be done. Don't go here. Either their techs don't know what the hell they're doing or the business is out to rip people off. If I could put a negative review I would. Update: The receptionist texted me saying they still wanted the $75 for TRYING to program it.

Our GMC Yukon had a couple recalls that needed to be checked out and the check engine light was on…read more We had set up an appointment to take it in at 10:30. We dropped it off at 10:15 and were told it would take 2-2 1/2 hours. After waiting for 4 1/2 hours, we called to see if it was done. After several transfers to different workers within the building, we were told they had to check on it. It is now 3:30. We called back 15 minutes later to see if they had found out if it was done. They still didn't know. At 4:30 they called us and said that they would be getting to it soon. At 5:15 we called back and they said they needed to order a part and couldn't finish it this day. It was then 5:45 by the time we could pick it up. We live 100 miles away. Now we have to take another day to bring it in for the issues that should have been fixed on the day the appointment was made for. This was completely unacceptable and uncalled for. There was no compensation for our gas for now another 100 mile trip The communication with us was awful and the organization there was horrible. I would never recommend buying anything from or taking your vehicle in to this business. The service here is very disappointing.
