I went to see what the issue was as to why my vehicle will not run. I had them run the codes nothing. For $178 and change, found out around closing it was for a bug in the mass air flow censor. The very next day vehicle will not start. Told sorry that'll be another $178 and change. Minimum. Like You checked the codes. How was whatever this current issue not found. Obviously I had questions so I tried to talk with the people on the phone and they kept speaking over me, stating that they refused to do anything with it. I eventually drove to inspect the condition of my vehicle and see if it was even moveable, as it seemed that explaining my vehicle was not in operating condition wasn't enough for them to at least have some patience and a little bit of understanding for someone who just got into a collision. When I spoke with one of the mechanics, he was quick to anger and began to yell and argue with me to the point where I had to walk out, because it was clear that communication and customer service wasn't the strong suite of this establishment. When my friend who had drove me there went to receive my keys, the mechanic had the audacity to say that "some people need to learn to help themselves" after I tried requesting that they themselves explain to the insurance company (who had sent my vehicle to the location for repairs), that they lack the capability and skill set to work on or repair my vehicle, despite the name of the auto shop. Talking rudely about someone to the party that they were with, is definitely not professional. If you can't seem to bite your tongue, then you shouldn't work in customer service, or frankly be in the workplace at all. Overall, the experience I had with this place, not even being a client of theirs, convinces me that, should anyone need auto repair or servicing, Superior auto repair lacks professionalism, basic communication skills, and the basic quality of being cordial with someone.

It had been raining on and off all day, so my console and surrounding area were completely soaked. After walking around my car, we found out that FIVE lugnuts in total were missing. When the mechanic called me earlier that day, not a word was said about this! The guy I talked to, I found out later, is one of the owners. He is, to put it politely, a rude jerk. He basically told me that finding out what the problem is with my headlights was "not worth his time". They had my car for 2 days, I asked them to check out 3 things: my headlights, my a/c and my front drivers side wheel bearing. In 2 days he managed to check the bearing, keep in mind he did nothing but look at it, as I asked for them not to work on it until we discussed prices. On top of all this, he accused me of having fake plates!!! Seriously? #1, you're not a DOT inspector, highway patrol officer, or any other person who would have a reason to inspect my plates!! Perhaps if you had done your job instead of making up crap, my car would have been properly checked over instead of the half a**** job I got!! And naturally, when I called this morning about the lugnuts, he had already covered his butt and told the receptionist that they were missing when I brought it in. **Avoid this place!** It's a joke!

Now I'm not a big idiot when it comes to mechanics but I do have a lack of time. Got one of my cars fixed.. it eas a sway Bar Link Kit for Fiat 500 pop should be about 10.99 x 2 plus an hours work at Harleys is $108 labor for the hour.. this should be a 15 min job if using a lift, max let's say 30 mins if you are an amature. You pay by the hour (standard) just like any other shop. I walk in and tell the rep. 218.62 is kinda high for a Sway Bar Link aka link kit. The rep. Shows me the Sway bar on a poster and acts like they changed the whole Sway bar, na dawg ya changed some bolts, nuts and maybe the rubber piece. Took the car in on a Friday and I had to call them to find out if the car was ready today (monday) cause I did not hear back from them on Saturday. Not impressed! Just want people to be aware. They also fixed the vehicle without calling me prior to ask if I wanted to get the job done so they complete the job and give you the bill. Took the truck to their service center and they said it would be less than 30 minutes. It was well over that. Receptionist came back and said the fob wouldn't connect to the BCM computer, that I just purchased from THEM, and needed to bring it back the next day. No diagnostic code on dash or fault on my app. They wanted another $100 just to look at it. Found a locksmith in town and they had the fob programmed in less than 2 minutes. Took longer to tell them what the dealership said than it did for them to be done. Don't go here. Either their techs don't know what the hell they're doing or the business is out to rip people off. If I could put a negative review I would. Update: The receptionist texted me saying they still wanted the $75 for TRYING to program it.
