    This review is for the Geek Squad. A special shout out to Christopher!! He took my call into the…read moreSquad and patiently explained what I needed, how much and how long it would take. When I arrived to the store drop off I was told that I had to wait for an hour with only 2 customers ahead of me. After 20 minutes I called Christopher who came right out from the back and had my laptop registered on ready for repairs. I mentioned to him a lady that was already waiting for over an hour. He also took care of her. Christopher is the face of GREAT customer service! Give him a raise!!! BTW my computer was ready early - really early like 24 hours early and it is working awesome.

    On My 11 my daughter and I went to BestBuy to purchase the new iPhones. The salesman, Jose,…read moreencouraged us to switch to Verizon to get the phones free. He made several guarantees in the pitch. 1) He said our activation fee of $60 per line (we have 3 lines) would be waved; 2) he said they would pay off my daughter's current phone and to watch for it so that phone could be transferred to someone else; and 3) if we get the Verizon app and autopay we'll get $30 off our bill each month. I got the app and signed up for autopay, and two weeks later I autopaid Verizon $281. They did NOT deduct the activation fee for each of the 3 lines. I call Jose on May 22 and he said he would contact his manager Nicki and have her make sure that I was reimbursed. On the 24th, I called Jose again, he texted saying he told his manager and she would fix it today. May 25th Jose texted me and said they were about to look into my account. Later that day he texted it will be "added on Tuesday" to what, I don't know. Here we are two weeks later and the money still hasn't been credited to my account. Also, I had to search in the Verizon app and found a rebate area to prompt them to pay off my daughter's phone. I guess that was not something they were just going to automatically take care of, like he implied- I had to find it and request it.
