But did as the had $1 down & Danny was nice enough to help. But Chris is not as helpful, by far the worst customer service. Do not be fooled as it's not $1 for the month, just 2 weeks. So I said I would be paying at the end of month & to continue to do my payments the end of month moving forward. But will not wait 2 weeks for a platinum customer, so they will be picking up furniture. Never had I had a company treat me this way much less a company where I paid off multiple items. Please don't use them unless you want to be treated less than & harrased!!!

When I arrived to the store drop off I was told that I had to wait for an hour with only 2 customers ahead of me. After 20 minutes I called Christopher who came right out from the back and had my laptop registered on ready for repairs. I mentioned to him a lady that was already waiting for over an hour. He also took care of her. Christopher is the face of GREAT customer service! Give him a raise!!! BTW my computer was ready early - really early like 24 hours early and it is working awesome.

I'm the only customer & I wait in the customer service line for 7 minutes while he's looking at something in a "phone" or scanner. My first thought is to just leave after not being acknowledged, but my customer doesn't deserve that so after walking out the store, I walk back in & with I ask Reze "Is the order ready or not so I can cancel it?" He asks me the order number & I give it to him, then he asks the name. The customer has an Eastern European name, so I attempt to pronounce it, then I spell it for him. But no, that's not good enough for him, he wants me to pronounce it. I tell him I've already given him the order number & spelled the last name & I don't know the person, so I don't know how to pronounce the last name. He goes out of his way 2x to show me he knows how to pronounce the Eastern European last name . Congratulations, I bet that helped you get your job at Home Depot. I'm not an announcer, knowing how to pronounce Eastern European names does nothing for my business & doesn't help it grow. Reze then asks me "Are you good?" I tell him i've been waiting here 7 minutes & that's when his superior has to step in and tells him "just get the order" I'm glad the supervisor was there to tell him to get back to work because the micro aggressions were totally unnecessary. She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. I totally believe she loves her job, and gets to know her customers and their needs. When I go in there looking for something I always go to Sylvia first. She then tells me if they have it, and where it is located on the lot. If they don't have it she sees to it that it is ordered, and will even contact me when it comes in. I truly like her, and her helpful and caring customer service. Since I am a beginner Beekeeper, and love to grow much of my own vegetables, I show her some pics of what I am doing or looking for, which helps her to serve my needs better. I also find that the nursery has a tremendous selection of items that me or any novice gardener would desire or need. As a Marine Sgt. Veteran, they also give me a discount on every purchase I make.
