In a short amount to time James determined that our fridge cooling unit was not bad as diagnosed by the first mechanic. He felt certain that several factors were contributing to our fridge not getting as cold as it should. One, it was very hot in UT the week we were there simply causing our fridge to work harder than normal. Two, our thermomister was not in the optimal position within our refrigerator. Took him about 15 seconds to correct. Finally, he suggested we add a second 12V cooling fan to help dissipate the warm air. He was quite certain that our fridge/freezer would work fine as we continued our trip North into cooler temps. None of these points were made by the first mechanic who literally spent three minutes determining that we needed a completely new fridge. Turns out James was completely right. Our fridge is working perfect even without the second fan. James was professional, competent and very friendly. And he is a veteran for those of us who like supporting veteran-owned businesses. I would recommend him to any fellow RVer transiting through or home-based in UT and in-need to help. And of course to any RVer home-based in UT.

Tyler was very helpful, informative and professional is all aspects of the sale. The team had everything in order when we showed up for our appointment and our unit was sitting front and center all shined up for us take it home. We had a very thorough walk thru with Kyle, the technician, that did some work on the rig for us (cutting in dryer vent and a pre delivery inspection). The rig was clean, filled up, plugged in and heated for us. After the walk through we met with Cindy, in finance, to take care of the paperwork. She was great! Everything was ready to go and we were ready to hit the road in about an hour and a half total. I thought, this is a good time to upgrade to lithium batteries (I had been thinking about this for a while actually) so I ordered 2 group 31 lithium batteries online and called Camping World to see it they could install them for me. Mike, the service rep and Brad, the technician were both super in keeping me updated on the progress of the work, and Mike double-checked how long I was in town, to make sure my van would be finished by the time I needed to leave. Brad was very knowledgeable about all things electrical and had a lot of experience in upgrading RVs to lithium systems. I got lucky in the timing of my visit (early February) as the service department was not too busy. When all was said and done, I was charged a very fair price for the job (I also had a generator service completed while my van was there.) Whenever I am again in St. George and need service on my van, I will definitely return to Camping World.
