MTS mobile RV is absolutely the best you can get. We had a power surge hit us in Parowan which fried our transfer switch. We called MTS and they walked us through the process and asked us all of the right question to help us diagnose our issue before they came out, so they could come out with the needed parts. Once they reached us, they fixed our issue quickly by replacing our transfer switch. Ivan and Gillo are fantastic! They provided us with a lot of information and explained everything as they were doing it. They were very open and friendly to ALL of my thousand questions. When they were done we felt so comfortable by their openness and professionalism we asked them to come back out and preform our annual maintenance. Not only that, I had a TON of questions about possibly going solar (which I didn't know much about.) They answered all of those questions too so we decided to have the install a full solar array. We did have some hiccups with the solar installation and the system not performing as designed, but were told many times before, during and after the install that Ivan, Gillo and MTS would be there to help 24/7 anywhere we needed them and THEY WERE. Our problem was we had a faulty charge controller from the factory creating issues. Unfortunately we had to leave Parowan to head to our next destination with the issues persisting. However, true to his word, Ivan drove over 10 hours to Questa, NM. to install a replacement charge controller and even give us a free 4th battery and installation. MTS, Ivan and Gillo are the best in the business and a class act. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, reputable, patient, kind and the only RV techs I will work with, if possible. I had an issue with my RV Inverter wiring while traveling through Colorado. MTS came to the RV site and fixed it without any issues. They came, did the work and I left with a fully functional system. I would highly recommend them for any services you may need. They even gave me a discount on the hourly rate due to something I didn't understand when getting the quote. We both recognized that it was my misunderstanding, but they still gave me a credit to make me happy. read more

IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE MTS MORE THAN 5 STARS! I HAVE USED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WITHIN LAST 30 DAYS. EACH TIME, THEY WERE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. They have a very clean & organized vehicle, wrapped nicely with business name. The team shows up prepared to get to work and, they research and get good information ahead of appointment, so they know right where to focus and what to do. They also recommended where I can purchase a part to get better warranty and price if I purchased myself. They are very conscious of time and savings. Several things of note, they put down a towel outside my stairs, that prevents footprints on my stairs and inside motorcoach. They ask before coming on board They do not balk at any challenges, and I believe they can do anything! They also notice other things and make recommendations and suggestions for how to address. It is great to have a team like MTS, as I have used a lot of mobile RV in past with one person and they struggled, and I had to step in and assist. They have a wonderful dispatcher that is extremely knowledgeable and can help diagnose a lot over the phone so that the team is well informed before being dispatched. They are never rushed and even if busy, they make you feel like you are their best/only customer. Epic! They are very honest and respectful.
