We'd had three different shops take a look at it, and all three misdiagnosed the issue even after we told them we thought it was a bad igniter. I called Indy RV the Monday before Thanksgiving, and Malin told me to bring it by that afternoon and he'd have their service team take a look as soon as they could. When I got there, he took exhaustive notes on everything I told him so the service team would have all the information needed. He didn't try to lecture me on how it probably wasn't the thing I said it was, like everywhere else; he just asked questions and wrote down everything I said. It did indeed turn out to be an igniter issue, and since Dometic would have taken a week or more to ship the replacement part under warranty, Malin coordinated with their parts distributor to have them provide a new igniter with their next delivery, two days later. They were able to squeeze us in for a replacement on Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and our heater is finally fixed Malin was communicative, understanding, and speedy. He was a joy to work with, and did everything he could to fix our issue as quickly as possible. Thank you to Malin and Indy RV!

We…read morereached out to James for a second opinion after being told by another mechanic that we needed an entire new RV refrigerator...~$5K all-in. In a short amount to time James determined that our fridge cooling unit was not bad as diagnosed by the first mechanic. He felt certain that several factors were contributing to our fridge not getting as cold as it should. One, it was very hot in UT the week we were there simply causing our fridge to work harder than normal. Two, our thermomister was not in the optimal position within our refrigerator. Took him about 15 seconds to correct. Finally, he suggested we add a second 12V cooling fan to help dissipate the warm air. He was quite certain that our fridge/freezer would work fine as we continued our trip North into cooler temps. None of these points were made by the first mechanic who literally spent three minutes determining that we needed a completely new fridge. Turns out James was completely right. Our fridge is working perfect even without the second fan. James was professional, competent and very friendly. And he is a veteran for those of us who like supporting veteran-owned businesses. I would recommend him to any fellow RVer transiting through or home-based in UT and in-need to help. And of course to any RVer home-based in UT.

My wife and I are full-time timers in our RV. We had been having troubles with our generator…read moreBecause it is a Generac generator we were having a difficult time finding someone to service it. We were referred to RVZZ by a fellow we met. The experience we had at RVZZ was outstanding. From the moment wife and I walked into the office we were treated like royalty. We explained the situation to Tyler, the service manager, and Brian, the generator specialist, and they were very quick to jump on our problem and to solve it! The part we needed had to be ordered in from California. Tyler stayed on top of the situation and made sure their distributor got the part shipped to RVZZ as soon as they received it. Knowing there was a wait time involved in getting the part Brian suggested that he go ahead and pull the generator out of the coach so we would not have to come back until the generator had been repaired. Then he would just have to install it. Tyler did not overpromise. He explained the way the situation should unfold, but also let us know that was the ideal outcome. He was an advocate for is all the way. I am so grateful that we ended up there for the repair. Everyone we met there was courteous, knowledgeable, and had integrity. We were pleased to meet and get to know Tyler, Brian, Julie, Malin, Kona, and the owner, Rick. I feel comfortable recommending RVZZ to you for any and all of your RV needs

We called MTS and they walked us through the process and asked us all of the right question to help us diagnose our issue before they came out, so they could come out with the needed parts. Once they reached us, they fixed our issue quickly by replacing our transfer switch. Ivan and Gillo are fantastic! They provided us with a lot of information and explained everything as they were doing it. They were very open and friendly to ALL of my thousand questions. When they were done we felt so comfortable by their openness and professionalism we asked them to come back out and preform our annual maintenance. Not only that, I had a TON of questions about possibly going solar (which I didn't know much about.) They answered all of those questions too so we decided to have the install a full solar array. We did have some hiccups with the solar installation and the system not performing as designed, but were told many times before, during and after the install that Ivan, Gillo and MTS would be there to help 24/7 anywhere we needed them and THEY WERE. Our problem was we had a faulty charge controller from the factory creating issues. Unfortunately we had to leave Parowan to head to our next destination with the issues persisting. However, true to his word, Ivan drove over 10 hours to Questa, NM. to install a replacement charge controller and even give us a free 4th battery and installation. MTS, Ivan and Gillo are the best in the business and a class act. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, reputable, patient, kind and the only RV techs I will work with, if possible. Thank you, Ivan, Gillo and the rest of the MTS team!!! They are a 20 out of 5 star team. Highly recommend them.
