A few days later it was on the website for sale but it did not seem like they cleaned it up any more than we had. Ad says they clean it. Then not too much longer maybe a few weeks we noticed the RV was pending sale. We called them up and asked about it like, was anyone going to mention it to us? Said the paperwork work takes about a month to process. Several weeks went by and we had not heard from them except to accept a lower offer of the RV. They took $2,400 off and we accepted. FInally a few more weeks went by and we called and asked how it was going and they said our check was waiting at the front and we just needed to bring in the title. Again, no communication with us. We had to call them to find this out All in all it was a very easy process except we felt left out of the loop. Comunication was very poor. Our first contact transferred out and we were not given a new contact until we asked about one. Then his voice mail was very unfriendly saying not to leave a message about payment for a month because he would not answer any calls before then regarding payment. He was very unwelcoming sounding until you actually got him on the phone then he was accommodating but we always felt like he had something better to do than talk to us. We thought how many RV's are you selling in a day man that you can't take one phone call? So the process was easy, the communication could be better and I thing we got a fair price for our RV. They got a good chunk of the profits for selling it but we did not have to worry about some fool stealing our RV or robbing us by selling it on our own from home. So I would recommend Camping World to sell your RV on consignment but don't expect any calls keeping you informed about what is going on. Just check the website yourself and see if your RV is pending or not.

My issue was resolved in short order and off I went. I appreciate Camping World acknowledging full timers can't just drop their RVs off & return on another day. It appears there are more than one CW that offer same day service - when reasonable. I know the CW in Vegas offers that too. Well done CW!

My wife and I are full-time timers in our RV. We had been having troubles with our generator…read moreBecause it is a Generac generator we were having a difficult time finding someone to service it. We were referred to RVZZ by a fellow we met. The experience we had at RVZZ was outstanding. From the moment wife and I walked into the office we were treated like royalty. We explained the situation to Tyler, the service manager, and Brian, the generator specialist, and they were very quick to jump on our problem and to solve it! The part we needed had to be ordered in from California. Tyler stayed on top of the situation and made sure their distributor got the part shipped to RVZZ as soon as they received it. Knowing there was a wait time involved in getting the part Brian suggested that he go ahead and pull the generator out of the coach so we would not have to come back until the generator had been repaired. Then he would just have to install it. Tyler did not overpromise. He explained the way the situation should unfold, but also let us know that was the ideal outcome. He was an advocate for is all the way. I am so grateful that we ended up there for the repair. Everyone we met there was courteous, knowledgeable, and had integrity. We were pleased to meet and get to know Tyler, Brian, Julie, Malin, Kona, and the owner, Rick. I feel comfortable recommending RVZZ to you for any and all of your RV needs

Terrible, awful experience! We were on the road in our motor…read morehome and discovered our AC was not working which was really bad since the days were around 103 degrees in St. George on June 1. Our AC problem was diagnosed as low freon by a very nice employee at Vacation World RV Center. A mobile AC repairman was called who recharged our system. ALL of the cooling agent leaked out into the motor home within 5 minutes. Martin, the RV shop owner still charged us the entire amount, $289 for this worthless service. He actually tried to charge us for an hour of his employee's time in addition to the mobile AC guy's fee. It was only after I pointed out that the employee spent 10-15 minutes with us that Martin agreed to lower it to 1/2 hour which added $60 to our wasted AC bill. It was then determined that we needed a whole new AC unit which he ordered and was to install the next morning. After spending the night in St. George so we could get the new AC installed, we drove to his shop and discovered that he ordered the wrong unit. We left this shop without a working air conditioner and felt gouged, taken advantage of, and completely disgusted by our experience. I would recommend staying as far away from this RV shop as you can. I will NEVER go there again.

We'd had three different shops take a look at it, and all three misdiagnosed the issue even after we told them we thought it was a bad igniter. I called Indy RV the Monday before Thanksgiving, and Malin told me to bring it by that afternoon and he'd have their service team take a look as soon as they could. When I got there, he took exhaustive notes on everything I told him so the service team would have all the information needed. He didn't try to lecture me on how it probably wasn't the thing I said it was, like everywhere else; he just asked questions and wrote down everything I said. It did indeed turn out to be an igniter issue, and since Dometic would have taken a week or more to ship the replacement part under warranty, Malin coordinated with their parts distributor to have them provide a new igniter with their next delivery, two days later. They were able to squeeze us in for a replacement on Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and our heater is finally fixed Malin was communicative, understanding, and speedy. He was a joy to work with, and did everything he could to fix our issue as quickly as possible. Thank you to Malin and Indy RV!
