Her expertise and support made the selling process smooth and efficient, which allowed us to move forward quickly and confidently in buying our dream home in Eastvale. From the very beginning of the buying process, Sofia was incredibly patient and attentive. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us every step of the way with clear explanations and genuine care. What truly set her apart was her extraordinary level of dedication. Our new home came with a solar system installed by the original owner. Neither the listing agent nor the current seller knew how to access or operate the solar app. Sofia Chang went above and beyond by personally tracking down the very first owner of the house, getting the detailed instructions directly from them, and then clearly explaining to us how to monitor and use the solar system properly. Her willingness to solve problems that were far outside her normal responsibilities made our transition into our new home so much smoother and stress-free.
