This happened to us on 2 occasions - we rented equipment from them only to find it not working or hadn't been maintained so didn't work well. When we returned the items and reported the disrepair we were charged for the repair costs! This company charges a 12.5% damage waiver up front which you'd think would cover any damage to equipment whilst it was in your possession but not apparently this covers no damage?! but only covers your liability whilst you have the piece of equipment. I will never be doing business with this company again as their pricing policy is misleading and inappropriate and secondly their equipment is constantly breaking and I keep getting charged for their poor levels of maintenance. I would advice everyone to give this company a wide birth.
