The service man, Dakota, showed up, assessed the problem and was able to give us a reasonable quote for the replacement and installation of a new hot water heater. He showed up the next day at the time he said he would and was able to have us with hot water again within a few hours. We were very pleased with the work and will most likely refer to them should we need any other plumbing work. Btw, the new water heater is working twice as well as the old one.
