The work…read moreturned out to be unsafe and had to be professionally removed - wires overheated and smoked, exposed terminals and lead-acid batteries were placed inside the cabin without proper venting. He caused damage to my cabinets and ceiling, cut himself during the install, vomited on-site and appeared disoriented - raising serious red flags. He is *not* certified, blamed me, refused to refund anything and stopped responding after I requested reimbursement. I had to pay a certified RV technician to redo the system safely. This was an expensive and stressful experience. Avoid at all costs.

All the RV spots are pull through so no fighting with your spouse on backing up your camper. - haha. It was nice to have a pool (although they should really extend their hours and stay open later-8pm pool close is too early when the sun is still cooking. Now for the not so good- where to start :( The staff was never around when folks seemed to need them- I always saw people looking for someone who worked there. The women's bathroom was just unreal how gross it was. I truly think the only thing the staff did daily was empty the trash and refill toilet paper and one of the two paper towel dispensers. Never once cleaned or attempted to clean any of the three showers, sinks or toilet's. The little store they have closed nightly at 7, sometimes sooner. Which really wasn't convenient if you wanted a treat after dinner like an ice cream or adult beverage. You really have to plan ahead. We just went to town, but would have rather supported the camp ground and stayed there. Overall - this could be an AMAZING place. Just needs more staff, and a little more TLC- We would go back if we heard of improvements.

Now, it was a partially due to a storm that caused a power outage, and I know this isn't the KOA's fault whatsoever, but the way things were handled were terrible and communication was very poor. They simply didn't care or try to do anything to make the stay a better experience. We spent two days in the heat with no pool access, no power to our campsite, and they only texted about an activity on Saturday that would have cost us $45 for our 3 kids to color on some t shirts. They let us know Saturday that the pool was probably going to remain closed for the rest of our visit, which was the main reason we stayed here. And somehow they could accept payment for the t shirt activity but they couldn't sell us some propane from the office. Definitely looking at other options for RV parks in Moab for the future.

So for full time RVers that need WiFi for work this is not the spot for you. The spot is so close to town you would think that if they really offered these things they would work. This is not a remote campsite . Bottom line you want to be close to Main Street and downtown this is the place for you . If you are a full timer who pays to stay in town for the WiFi this is not for you

Clean bathroom facilities and super close to the grocery store and restaurants. I usually boondock in Moab which has more privacy and views, but this was a quick trip where I needed WiFi etc. It was perfect for that.
