I got the proprietor almost immediately and he scheduled me for the next day despite being a one man business, which strongly impressed me. He mentioned in my call that he doesn't like to just do one time sprays because bugs are so persistent. This told me that customer care was key, and that's something I wanted to contribute to. It turns out I really needed to have someone out. There were five wasp nests on my property, and all were taken care of. He even sprayed my irrigation house and garden shed, which I didn't expect and was pleasantly surprised. When it came time to pay, I was offered to just do an entire year, which I accepted, because I hate having debts, especially when it comes to people who do me such a strong service.
