I addressed the issue with the postmaster a few months ago. And then my packages/mail were being delivered again. Well now we are back to the same thing again. I waited outside for my package and he drove right by. I got in my car and approached his mail truck and asked why he will not deliver my packages....he says because your blocking access, I told him he had access yesterday and today. I let him know I was going to report him again. I drove to the post office and reported it to the postmaster. They said they would drive by and give me a call after they spoke with him. I have the allotted space required for delivery. And he claims it's blocked. Yet the occupants across the street park five feet away and he has no problem delivering to them. I pay for shipping and they pick and choose which property they deliver to and lie about lack of access or that we requested it be held. It's frustrating. I was not surprised reading the rest of these reviews. It's either great and cute or terrible. It is not a good value to use the usps service in this community.

Called Monty and he talked me through the options without sounding and acting like a bicycle elitist. Awesome shop with just the right amount of gear, clothes, swag, and components. He and his wife are very personable and friendly; you can tell they care about what they're doing and their customers. Oh, and it was less than $20 for him to fix the tires. And told me to come back if there were any issues and he would address them immediately. So, if you value being treated like a person and getting your problems solved rapidly, go see Monty!
