I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Mr. Raymond Perez from R&S RV Tech…read moreSolutions LLC. Right after he finished maintenance of the rear AC unit, we were shocked to find the RV vibrating excessively upon starting it. We immediately shut it off and informed Mr. Perez that something seemed wrong. My husband assisted Mr. Perez in disassembling and reassembling the unit in hopes of fixing the issue. While the vibrations improved slightly, we had to leave due to prior commitments. Upon returning home that night, the bed's vibrations were so severe that sleep was impossible. We texted Raymond immediately about this unbearable noise and vibration. Raymond visited the next morning, acknowledged the vibrations, and experienced their intensity himself. Despite this, he attempted to convince us that this was normal. He argued that the unit was now clean and working "better," hence the more pronounced vibrations. According to him, the discrepancies in vibrations between the living room and bedroom units were because no two AC units are alike. We have lived in our RV for over two years and are well-versed with its operations. We clearly explained this along with my husband's sensitivity to vibrations, which causes him migraines. Yet, Raymond continued to insist that the situation was normal. Upon my husband continuing to explain why he felt this was not normal, Raymond became very defensive and ultimately told us to take the money we owed him and pay someone else to give us a second opinion. My husband responded that this was a lose-lose situation because Raymond would not be paid, and we'd be stuck with damaged AC units. Ignoring my husband, Raymond walked to his truck. My husband then reminded him that the squirrel cage had not been seated all the way back on the shaft of the blower motor and asked if that could be causing the excessive vibration. Raymond dismissively replied that "the position of the fan nor the squirrel cage would not throw it out of balance" and drove off. My husband then went up to the roof and noticed an obvious rattle. Upon removing the AC cover, he discovered the fan was wobbling. Despite Raymond's poor customer service, we felt the right thing to do was give him the opportunity to rectify his mistake, so my husband called Raymond once again. When informed about the wobbling fan, Raymond coldly replied, "get someone else to do it." We then called an AC technician, explained our situation, and had both units correctly assembled/disassembled. The vibrations were gone, and we were thrilled to be done with the issue. Raymond showed zero empathy, even when we explained our 3- and 5-year-old were losing sleep. He insisted the situation was normal and ignored our plight. To add insult to injury, Raymond came the following day to demand payment, despite knowing the units were already fixed by another technician. He threatened to put a lien on the RV, thankfully we have pictures/videos of everything, along with receipts. This was an appalling experience, marked by Raymond's lack of professionalism and empathy

After going through the camper he found the issue and made the repair. This is the second time we have had Ray come out to our home to make a repair. I appreciate all the information he shares in how things work and tips on preventing problems. He answers any and all questions. Pricing is more than fair.
