I am not aware of any business that demands payment prior to even diagnosing anything. The issues I had, seemed to work when they were on-site and I explained that this happens to me too. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. They suggested they'd come back, check out those issues again and install a new air conditioner (it needed it), clean another air conditioner, seal the roof and fix the original issues. They would build it all into a roof claim for insurance. After weeks of texting and calling with no follow up from RV Wizards, I asked if they were up to finishing the job or would rather pass? Again, no response. So I paid their 130.00 for.......nothing. I would not recommend. Run away!!

They didn't have the part to fix it but that was not really expected. They did send two guys over, at 8 AM on a Sunday, who wrestled the awning arms back to the IN position and then went on the roof and tightly rolled the awning and secured it in place. They understood the assignment! Before they left they talked us through making the repair once we get home and get the part. I would not hesitate to call this company again if we have a problem next year when we are in the Keys.

They were understanding, a Appoinment was made promptly.. Bob and Marley showed up, a fast diagnoses.. What I was pretty sure it was. (My alternator) He fixed it fast and only charged for the time it took him to do it. The usual hourly estimate for this job is three hours. But he said he could probably could get it done in two. And he did.. And only charged me for that. They were honest, upfront and professional. If I would have went to them in the first place, I would have saved myself so much hassle. They came to my house, and even gave me a ride to the library and dropped me off at the pool since they had to leave and go get a part for my car anyhow. Pierce exit 70, and later wheel bearing on driver front went out just east of Anne's Beach - Robert and helper came down from Key Largo in about an hour and replaced the hub on the side of the road. Got us back on the way to Marathon - How blessed were we to have God put Robert in our lives at such a troubled time. The next day he drove down and took my trailer back to his shop and basically rebuilt all 6 wheels, braking system, lights and and one blown out tire that also happened on the way down. Made it home safely on Wednesday and wanted to let them know how thankful we are for their spectaculare service. Not only did he basically give me a brand new functioning trailer but he also gave explicit instructions to my son on how to maintain it. It is great to meet a Christian brother along the way.

We were having a problem with our RV. We called Carl Pelt (that's how it is listed on the business…read morecard, not Pelt Carl) from the road. They said to bring it in. They were extremely busy, but they were willing to put the RV up on the lift and check the tires immediately. They checked and filled all the tires and gave us a thumbs up (it was an over filled lubricant leaking- not a major problem.) When we went to pay, they said "no charge". We want to make a huge shout out to the business. They really stepped up for us.
