While Sean is very knowledgeable. He is also not dependable and unprofessional. He presents himself like someone from the military. He ran through my motorhome, fixing things at lightning speed. But when you go that fast, you're going to miss something which he did as you can see from the pictures below he left the wires hanging and did not complete the job. I had contacted Sean about getting satellite TV working in the coach we recently bought. I was given an appointment for Friday. Late Thursday evening I got a text that the Friday appointment would be rescheduled for Monday. On Monday I exchanged text messages with Sean. He only said that he would contact me when he was on his way. We waited all day. After 6:00 PM Sean called and said he was coming. By then we were headed out for dinner. He may be a good technician but his poor time management make him unreliable and unprofessional. I cannot recommend him due to his poor business management. read more

Don't give this man your business. We had to wait weeks for an appointment with him and then he never showed up. . We counted on him and he never showed for the appointment nor called or would return our calls. On top of that very rude on the phone when we called to set up the appointment. Called because he advertised solar installations and electrical work for RVs. Spent a couple weeks going back and forth about scheduling a date for service. After I ordered and received all the parts I needed he said he would perform the service the following week. Never heard back from him after he said he would contact me after Tuesday to schedule for Wed or Thur. Texted him Wed. No reply. Texted him Thur. No reply. Called the phone number and the message is that he's on vacation with no contact until April 27. Never said anything about this in our conversations. Now I've wasted a month and am looking for an RV electrician again. This guy is hard to get a hold of and decides whether or not he feels like responding. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with anyone ever. Do not waste your time trying to get this guy to do anything. AVOID CONTACTING HIM. IT'S POINTLESS. read more

I had an issue with my awning arm that Sean came to fix through my insurance company (Progressive), he came, changed it really fast and asked to close and open, I did. the next day I saw that he didn't adjust it correctly and asked him to come back and fix it as well of some other work that needed to be done. He never came back, this was mid February of this year, every time I called, he said sure, I will come by next Thursday, then Monday, then he never answered my calls, text or email. AVOID DOING BUSINESS with this company. Sean is unreliable and unprofessional. I spoke with him and he indicated he would do an installation of a DTV Travl'r on top of rig. I never spoke with him again. Despite numerous messages over several days, he didn't even have the courtesy to say he wasn't going to do it. He claims to be THE AUTHORITY when it comes to this type of installation. His arrogance certainly wasn't backed by his actions. I purchased all of the equipment elsewhere. Perhaps this is why he chose to ignore me. He sells the equipment as well, but likely profits by overpricing. My install only job wasn't worth the time of even letting me know he wasn't going to do it. I wasted allot of time with this guy. Sean came out to replace the motor on my electric steps and did a very quick and efficient service however, the motor stopped working after a few days. After a few missed attempts to re-connect, Sean was able to come by again and replace the bad motor with a new one without charge. His prices are probably not cheapest out there but he stood by his work and completed the repair. He can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of and may not respond to messages right away but in the end he did a great job and I will use his services in the future. I had several problems that came up pretty much simultaneously. Water pump was leaking, rear AC not working and kitchen outlets out. I contacted Sean and he was unable to come right away because of a lot of other calls. He was finally able to get to me this afternoon. Came out on April 14th to determine my problem, found top of arm that he replaced drive motor attached to on my outside awning less then 3 weeks earlier, mounting broken off. Said he will order part, and also had a problem with my display for my mattress, said he would order parts. Wanted my $250 deductible up front. I called him 3 weeks later, said part just came in waiting for part for bed. I called bed manufacturer, told me they can have it over night. Waited, .e-mailed him, texted him, still no reply. Contacted American Express, and on July 14 got my refund from AmEx. My coach still needs repair. DON'T USE HIM, unless you have 3-4 months to wait for a repair if ever. I contacted my extended repair contract people, and was told that he never opened a file with them for my repair. AGAIN, FIND SOMEBODY ELSE OR GO TO A DEALER. DON'T USE HIM. read more
