I highly recommend Castellanos Muffler and Tire. They perform high-quality work, but what impressed…read moreme most is how they stand behind their work when something doesn't go as planned. Recently, my son had a five-inch muffler tip installed at the shop, and unfortunately, it later fell off. When we brought the issue to the owner's attention, there was no hesitation and no excuses. He immediately ordered a replacement muffler tip, paid for it himself, and offered to install it at no charge. Mistakes can happen in any business, regardless of how good they are. What separates a great business from the rest is how they respond when something does go wrong. Castellanos Muffler and Tire handled the situation exactly the way a reputable business should. It's refreshing to see a company that takes pride in its work, stands behind its name, and genuinely takes care of its customers. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 30 years. Five stars and highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy muffler and tire shop in the area.

I will like starting saying that I was recommended to this place for installing 4 tire that I…read moreprovided for mounting and balance and tire disposal verbally they told me that the price was $80 + tax. Everything went well once vehicle was finished and I went to pay they switched the price to $180 + tax. I confronted the employee and ask that wasn't the agreed price vehicle was finished and he had my keys. No payment no keys. I have proof of the receipt were I was charged a different amount. This is very upsetting because there is nothing I can do if I didn't pay the amount they switched I would not be able to take my vehicle. Very frustrating. I don't know any other place that charges this much for installation and balancing of 4 tires and disposal

After being a longtime customer, I showed up today inquiring abouts window tints. I reviewed their…read morewebsite and it advertised that they did tinting. Only to be turned away at the door while the owner had his face stuffed full of food and the door was locked and a sign saying they were out to lunch. Not even and i'm sorry that I wasted your time or we need to change that.I didn't realize it was still on the website.I'm extremely disgusted and disappointed. Not to be mean, but both him and his wife could miss a few meals in lieu of a better business practice. Not exactly the best customer service or business model to close at 1:00 p. m., while potential customers are on their lunch break. After he told me they don't do tinting, I asked him if they could recommend somebody and he said, no. That is actually kind of unbelievable.

Not wanting to take my son's car that needed work to the dealer I brought it to this auto shop that…read moreI had bookmarked a year ago. They were professional and although they took the whole day to finish brakes and an oil change, it was a lot cheaper than what I had paid at the dealer a week before to replace my front brakes. Dropped my car at 9:30 and car was not ready until after 6:30 pm. I was freaking out since It was my first time and I didn't know them. Great customer service. I found the parking situation a little hectic as people park anywhere. Overall I would like to think that I found my new mechanic for my family and I for things that are not covered under my warranty. They also advised me how to handle my new brakes something that my dealer didn't.

Best car repair shop in Miami!!!!…read more My family has been going here for over a decade to service all manner of European cars On the contrary dealing with Mercedes service is a nightmare and the amount they charge for simple repairs, or in some cases service that should be covered, is absolutely outrageous. Specialty charges a fraction of what Mercedes charges and more importantly: they actually fix the issue! Not to mention your car is usually there a lot less time than at the dealership - usually a couple days at most for just about any issue you might have. Often times I've taken my car there to make sure that the constant Mercedes warnings that appear on the dashboard are in fact, not a product of any serious car issue, but usually something to do with the sensors being out of place or some technical car issue that isn't the catastrophe the warning indicators suggest... In these situations, we are not only normally in and out within the day, but often times they don't even charge if it is a simple fix for them as they have more integrity than any mechanic I have been to! ‍
