We bought a semi truck outright from them for 82,500 when we…read morebought it had a check engine light on and they had it cleared and said it's a great truck that has never had any issues and sold us on the truck. We get the truck home and it's dead the next day so we spend $1000 on new batteries. We bring it to the pete store to have it serviced and see why we had another check engine light. So they got the check engine light off and we left with the truck. Half way home the light was back on and we had to bring it back to them the next day. They said that there was nothing wrong with the truck and said it was a glitch. So once again we pick it up and take it home. This time we make it all the way home and it throws another check engine light. So we are now in the dealership for the third time. We asked RC Trucks to help us out but trying to get some service records on the truck so we can get to the bottom of the issue. All they do is give us the run around and says to have the dealership run the vin and they will have everything they need. Obviously they tried that. So we go back and forth a few times with RC Truck see what they will do to help up find some records on this truck and they have not done anything to help. She just says she did her job. We regret doing business with them. They had no problem cashing our check for 82,000 check. But they can't help there customers out. On top of all of it we bought this truck in November and it is now the middle of January and we still have not received the title for this truck and she tells me we have to go to the tag agency and pay them to get one. That is not how it should work. There customer service is repulsive. I wish we never purchased this truck from them. I'm sure they have records of who this truck was purchased from and how to get in touch with them to ask where they had this truck serviced to help us out. But instead they know they lied to us and sold us a truck that had issues and they don't care to make it right or help us out one bit. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
