I had a rolling island in the RV they never secured it. It fell over and went through the wall. they also cut off the awning light that went underneath. It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They only did three, barely. I asked them to turn on our frig with propane the day before pick up as we were headed out of town. Simple request IMO. They said they would but didn't. When we left, fortunately we had to stop about 10 miles down the road and found the front panel to the engine OPEN! They didn't lock it back up after doing the oil change. Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens". STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want to have the work you requested done.

Back story- before I called Rick for this repair, I knew he was an RV Mobile repair person and I…read morehad given his name to a friend who lives in Broward Cty. She has used Rick and his company for years since and is always very happy with his response time, and repairs. Recently Rick and Patrick drove north to Jensen Beach to evaluate why the stairs on my 2021 Entegra Odyssey would not retract. They arrived promptly, tested out several possibilities for it not working before installing a new motor. I was thrilled that they had the part with them. I took advantage of their being on site to ask Rick about several other RV components. Rick was very patient and explained things clearly. I am a solo traveler, somewhat new to RV ownership and travel so learning maintenance skills from an expert like Rick, is very much appreciated.

ROCK STARS!!! FREEKING ROCK STARS!!!!…read more We purchased a tow vehicle for our motorhome and had the tow car delivered to Keith without even seeing it first. A week later we arrived in our motorhome. Everything went perfectly. Keith and his team spent time with us showing us how to connect and disconnect the tow, best practices and made sure that everything was working perfectly before we left. He had suggested the Blue Ox towing and Air Force One brake system. We could not be happier. We wanted the best, and we wanted it installed by the best. We got exactly what we wanted. There aren't many vendors who you meet via telephone who convey that level of trust. Keith and his team are the best. Flat out the best.

After calling around and becoming impatient with the expensive quotes, someone reached out to this shop for me and scheduled an appointment. I was quoted $150 less than all of the others and the service was great. I was so pleased with the service, I returned the next week to replace my tires. Again, the quotes matched my budget. This shop is busy; the type of place you know by word-of-mouth. All of the employees were super helpful. Even with the renovations going on at the gas station, the mechanic shop ran smoothly as myself and other customers were serviced and taken care of in a timely fashion.
