He answered every single question and unlike most RV sales reps he knew what he was talking about and we had complete confidence as we drove away. Such a seamless and fun experience. This team was transparent with us from start to finish. They didn't try to cover up anything and gave us a fair price for the unit. I would absolutely go back if we ever decided to upgrade our RV. Thanks, Dave and Company.

Update in response to Recreation RV Sales comments:…read more Your reply is misleading and leaves out important facts. The "four hours in your driveway" was me transferring all my belongings from my old RV into this one -- the slides were briefly pushed out and back for about fifteen minutes while it was sprinkling. I was given an approximately 3-mile test drive, which did not reveal the problems I discovered on the 12-hour trip home. A professional RV inspector confirmed nearly $7,000 in needed repairs. Slide seals don't fail after a single road trip, nor does an awning suddenly let daylight through after one week. I did call for help and when I didn't get a response, I texted. Your answer was to scold me for texting and tell me to email. When I asked for a refund after learning the true extent of repairs, your response was essentially "too bad, you bought it." Yes, there were no smells, rust, or leaks, but I was repeatedly assured this RV was in "pristine condition." That was false. I have not been able to drive this RV since I purchased it. It was also unprofessional for you to post my full last name when my review appears only as "Debbie M." -- a petty move that reflects poorly on your business and says a lot about your character. I'm sharing these details so future buyers have a clear understanding of what to expect and can make informed decisions.

I want to say a special thank you to Josh -- the ASL wizard. I lost hearing in one ear recently,…read moreand Josh made the whole place feel like home instead of an audio-free bunker. If you're hard of hearing and someone signs, bring Josh into the loop -- he's your person. (He wasn't the one we bought from, but he still earns top marks.) We wanted out of our charmingly named death trap, "Titanic or Thor Hurricane." After visiting 12 dealers (yes, twelve -- feel free to gasp), we met Brett. Brett (coincidentally the same name as my husband), who goes by "Bam" for reasons nobody offered to explain. He was polite but clearly running on baby-duty exhaustion--lots of yawns--so I assumed a small child had declared war on his sleep. Still, he was attentive enough to lead us outside and show us three Class C diesels. Number 1 was my immediate favorite, as if a motorhome could wink. I told Bam plainly: give me what my husband and I want and you'll have a deal. I specified the trade-in value, zero fees (including the obligatory "prep fee"), and a discount off the price. Back inside he gave the classic salesperson line, "Let me see what I can do." Charmingly predictable. I replied, "Fine--then I'll take it to your sales manager myself," and walked over to Jonathan. Jonathan actually ran the numbers, agreed, and we shook hands. Deal made. We needed a day or two to sort funds, and during that interval something went wrong on their end. They fixed it--heroically and without drama--and more than made amends. All's well that ends with less thunder and more sensible wheels. We had a 1:30 PM appointment that Friday -- and yes, we were downgrading from a 30-foot storage palace to a 25-foot closet on wheels, so we needed time like a squirrel needs nuts. I asked to reschedule and they squeezed us in at 8:30 AM. Woo-hoo. We needed every minute. Brett was off at his son's soccer game on Friday, but Jonathan was there -- gave me a hug, said it was great doing business, and promised a photo with the new unit. He slipped away before I could catch him, so I cornered Jeff instead; he heroically posed with our rig and was lovely. This is our 5th rig. The team we bought from in NY were excellent, and these folks were too -- from Josh (ASL hero) to Deanna (walk-through pro). Tell them exactly what you want and make it clear you'll buy if they deliver. They're polite, easy to deal with, and if anything goes wrong, they'll fix it. We have now been in our Winnebego View for a month ( I think !! ) and although we had to do some minor things like clear the water line of corosion to get hot water and fix the DEF which we researched and new about it's been great. We will be going to back to see Bam ( Brett ) to get a Super C when we are ready.

I already have financing through my bank so I asked the gal for an out the door price. You would not believe the amount of fees they try to tack on. This place is a scam. Stay away. $5249 in ridiculous fees. I asked the lady about them and she said all dealerships charge these fees. I said not they don't , I sent her a out the door quote from another dealer with none of the bs fees. They also want to charge labor to install a hitch that I am buying from them, to pull a trailer I am buying from them. $1,250 for the hitch with labor. I can get the hitch for $550 at my local trailer shop. Run from this place. Do not shop here. Thank you for hearing me out.

His in-depth videos answered every question we had--these truly are unique, purpose-built trailers, not something you can just pick up anywhere. We wanted a compact rig that could take us anywhere without a lot of fuss, and Shane's content made it clear what we needed. When we finally visited RVs of America in Utah, Josh took the lead on our purchase and made sure we got a very fair deal. Their service team worked quickly on the custom upgrades we wanted--knowing we'd traveled a long way, they had everything ready in record time so we didn't have to stay extra days. On pickup day, Coby spent the entire day walking us through every feature of our new trailer, double-checking that all our ordered options were installed exactly as requested. From start to finish, the whole RVs of America team in Utah was helpful, supportive, and genuinely kind. We couldn't be happier with our trailer or the customer care we received--and we highly recommend RVs of America to anyone looking for a top-notch off-grid setup.

We were told we were absolutely required to sign up for Bish Fix and provide them with our credit card or we couldn't have our trainer's warranty work done. Bish Fix requires you to be on the phone with a technician, whose schedule you at the mercy of, to diagnose your own problems and needed repairs instead of taking your unit to their location for problem solving and repair. This includes getting down on the ground or opening panels to access electrical and other areas. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. We will never buy another trainer from Bish and we will not take our trailer there for future maintenance or repair needs.

Anyone who's camped in a small space knows how quickly it can become challenging--especially sharing with family. So, when my wife excitedly said, "We should buy our own trailer!" it seemed perfect for creating our family memories. We visited dealership after dealership, touring countless trailers until they blended together. One day, my wife burst through the door exclaiming, "I found the perfect trailer!" Her excitement was contagious, and we immediately planned to see it. At Bish's RV, the salesperson warmly showed us the trailer. I specifically asked about an inverter, and she assured me it was "wired for one but doesn't include it." Comfortable with that, we discussed financing. She confidently promised they could beat any other bank by 50%, an offer that seemed fantastic. We slept on it and, convinced we'd found our dream trailer, returned the next day to complete the paperwork. After clearly agreeing on our maximum affordable payment, we were shocked to see the actual payment higher than agreed. Despite this, we moved forward, eager for joyful camping memories. Our excitement quickly turned to frustration. During our first trip, we found water leaking beneath the trailer when flushing the black tank. Disappointed, we returned it to Bish's RV, who also replaced a missing dust cap. With hopes restored, we believed our troubles were over. However, while winterizing, we discovered the water heater bypass valve wasn't functioning, forcing another visit. The following season brought more disappointment--the water heater wouldn't start. After a week-long stay at the dealership, we learned it was due to loose wiring. Our breaking point came on our most recent outing. My daughter sat down, and the bench collapsed beneath her. Her shock deeply saddened me. Inspecting further, I found the supports poorly stapled, careless and avoidable. Later, my wife quietly asked, "Does the fridge look strange?" Our hearts sank as we saw it falling into the cabinet, shattering our dreams of joyful, relaxing trips. Feeling disheartened, we contacted BishFix. Despite the warranty, they required a $190 upfront fee. We reluctantly paid, enduring a month of delays and frustrations as the technician awaited BishFix authorization. Another traumatic moment was the door lock failing, locking us out. Since we live in our trailer full-time due to my wife's role as a camp host, this was more than inconvenient--it was terrifying. After dinner with family, we found the key spinning uselessly in the lock. Panic overwhelmed my youngest daughter, who had a heartbreaking panic attack. Roadside assistance repeatedly asked for my details, promising callbacks but never helping. Desperate and exhausted, I pushed out a window screen and lifted my nephew inside to unlock the door. Finally, I drove an hour and a half to Bish's RV to speak directly with someone. After repeatedly explaining our situation, feeling unheard and overlooked, they arranged for a technician the next day. Upon arrival, the technician confirmed my suspicion that the blinds were installed backward. The always polite and professional service desk employee promised the Regional Manager would contact me. When he did, rather than providing solutions, he shared unrelated frustrations about delays on his expensive home project. Feeling even more unheard and dismissed, he eventually promised to evaluate our trailer's current value, leaving us waiting again. We've documented numerous build-quality issues, heartbreakingly evident from our very first trips. Photos show these issues clearly, but the emotional toll--the disappointment, broken promises, and seeing my family's excitement dashed repeatedly--is immeasurable. Even the door, randomly locking or refusing to open, symbolizes our experience. We share this hoping other families can avoid the heartache we've endured. Wouldn't a quality reputable RV business have salesman that would pick up the phone and call the interested customer ? I asked his name he would not respond. It was until I went back to the ad and saw who I was dealing with, and then went to yelp to check on this business and seen that Jaxon has also had other complaints.
