Great experience that far surpassed our expectations! So much for the kids (3 & 4 to do). They keep talking about going back.

Staff is super friendly and wants you to have a good time. This summer we enjoyed stopping by on the daily to get our stone fruits and corn, and just dropped by today so get our pumpkin. Found a cool conjoined twin pumpkin which we have plans for on Halloween night. Plus the puppies are welcome here, which makes them 100% better than Schilter Farms.

Off season is $5.00! Great value! Make sure to wear boots or shoes that you don't mind getting muddy too! It's very cute and a lot of fun for little kids!! You're given a punch card and map of the corn maze which has 12 stations to find. You punch all 12 and enter the raffle to win a prize! Great fun for kids and teens! They have an area of cute chickens. One baby was loose and we had a silly time getting it back in the coop to "save" it!

Our annual Christmas tree hunt goes not farther than Schilter Family Farm…read more The Thanksgiving week end usually slams this tree farm. However, we always find a quality Noble fir if even we have to hunt a bit. This year was REALLY unusual. The Monday after T Day we went with the idea we'd have to spend time searching. The most helpful young man pointed us to a new field of Nobles. And there, no more than 10 feet in from the path was IT (visions of Clark Griswold!). There were countless more even after that Turkey Day rush. The same man came by in his tractor and asked if he could cut it down for us. He had a chain saw. I had a hand saw. No brainer!! The service and selection are first class. Topping this off is the gift shop, where you pay, has all sorts of Christmas related things, including fresh wreaths (which we bought)

Definitely deserving of a spot in the top 10 pumpkin patches in Washington!…read more I've been going to pumpkin patches almost yearly since I was 4 so I consider myself somewhat of an expert. Here's my highs and lows and good enoughs: 5 Stars to: -Plenty of Photo setup spots -Apple cider slush sundae -FRESH & HOT Roasted Corn -Many adult AND kid friendly activities -pumpkin assortment 1 Star for: -No back up generator (Power went out while at the farm and the poor animals were huddled up closer than the people were) -flavorless burgers 2.5 stars (aka good enough) for: -cold apple cider donuts -friendly but antisocial staff -gift shop (Felt more like a very small, 'small business' fair) I think the ticket price was a decent value for what was available!

The chickens, cow, donkeys and barn cats were beautiful and friendly. The owners were incredibly gracious and brought out carrots for us to feed the animals with. The barn was huge and fun to walk through. All in all a must see and what a beautiful farm, animals were wonderful, incredibly gracious hosts. For me coming with my daughter and granddaughter, a perfect day

After many years of saying we need to visit it - I finally took the younger group of grandkids out…read moreto this farm (11-10-9) year olds - and they voted it a 5 star. It is a small farm and shouldn't take more than an hour - plus lunch - they have a nice picnic area. It is a good learning place with an old wood stove, actual ice box and hand washing machines to show the younger ones. My only issue is you have to park on the other side of a small hill and walk over it. Fairly steep (temp was almost 90 degrees) and difficult with my bad leg but they drove me back over in a golf cart. :) Seems like handicap parking could be at the front gate - normally less one star but the kids said no. Not much at the farm - 2 miniature donkeys - two cows and some chickens. If you go - be sure to get the home tour which even the youngsters enjoyed. There is a barn to wander in and some other houses but that is mostly it. They apparently host many summer camps where I believe the kids spend the night.
