Follow directions from whatever maps app. Parking is in the field next to the farm produce stand. Not sure when produce stand is open but it looked more lively by the time we left around 11:30. I purchased tickets online and sort of wandered into the store because it was unclear where to redeem tickets. We checked out the wall ball game and jumped on the jump pad and made big bubbles. Spun the chairs but didn't actually get in them, checked out the funny little singing tractor and sat on some bulls that had no lasso. We then wandered over to where there was a sign for sunflower field and waited for the tractor. We would've gotten a snack but settled on some waters from the store. ($2 each). Each admission comes with 1 sunflower bloom, you can get more but we weren't really interested. It was fun at the sunflower field to admire the flowers and go around the photo op spots. We both enjoyed trying to find the perfect flower. Good advice from the people at the stand to wait to pick a flower until you're waiting for the tractor - sunflowers droop pretty quick (mine perked up at home). They package it up for taking home nicely at the stand. I think this would be a good trip for an exuberant 4-6 year old and the full train of women coming out to the fields as we were leaving seemed to indicate it's a joyful ladies day trip. If you want flower pics, you can't lose here. 4 stars because it was worth doing but nothing special and I was hoping some of the games were geared towards slightly older kids.

You park and get a bucket/buckets from the vendor. A full bucket is roughly $5 worth of berries. That's right--a whole bucket of berries for $5! Visitors are welcome to eat berries as they pick "until your mouth turns blue". There are several rows of blueberry bushes and plenty of berries for visitors! The bushes grow over 5' tall. This is an excellent summer activity. I still have a half gallon of blueberries left in my freezer. The amount I picked last summer has lasted quite a while!

Snowbird Farm & Cidery definitely fit the bill nicely and really cheered Steve and me up! Not only was the cider good but the atmosphere and the farm setting is simply great! There are all kinds of barnyard animals when we got here and were enjoying our cider. There were a lot of chickens roaming around and were begging for bread crumbs and what not. Some of the roosters here were very, very beautiful! None of the roosters were mean and chased or pecked at you like ones we had at my parent's ranch. They were all gentle and very chill. There were also ducks roaming around. Many of them were dark feathered and were really pretty! We also saw some goats... babies and adults alike and they were adorable. Apparently there are ponies here too going off of the pictures but we didn't see them. Maybe they were in a different spot than where we were. There was a lot going on!! No t only was there a lot of chickens and ducks to distract and amuse us there was a kind of vendor event going on here the day we went so that also got our attention as we looked at all of the vendor's merchandise. The cider we had a difficult time in choosing what we wanted. So we got the larger flight taster tray option and was glad that we did that so we could get a range of most of their ciders. The ciders we had was Blackberry Basil, Hoppy Opus, Strawberry Rhubarb, Elderberry Honey, Lavender Haze and Peach. Probably our favorites from this flight was the Blackberry Basil and the Hoppy Opus but all of them were enjoyable! I can definitely see myself coming here often when ever we are in the area... make it a watering hole. I do have to say I will probably prefer the warmer months for future visits so you can see all of the barnyard animals out and about on the farm!

I really liked the lavender limoncello cider as well as the peach one. There's also popcorn for free that you can munch on. It was a bit stale when I got to it but I still ate it. A small bag of chips is $1. There's a few tables with a couple chairs inside. I sat at the bar. There were four stools there. Only con is that they are open limited hours on friday to Sunday. Sunday hours were 4 to 8 pm.

While not the largest stand, what they do have is straight from the farm. Unmanned most days, business is transacted the good old fashioned way - the honor system. They have a drop box, so you shop, bag, do the math, and make you payment. They accept electronic payments as well, so don't worry if you don't have cash on you. I've met the owner, Willow, and she's a wonderful personality who operates this business not because she needs the money. Rather, it's more for the joy it brings her. How can you not support someone's passion!? Go there and have some fun shopping her stand!

What an incredible inventory for a store so close to town. I came looking for seed and bone meals, ground rock minerals, lime, and such, for making Complete Organic Fertilizer. They had everything needed to make COF, and quite a bit more. They even had Langbeinite. Wow! Friendly and super-efficient customer service was provided during both of my trips this week, and Star was especially helpful in the amendments area out back by the bales of straw. I used to go shopping for farm supplies at another store south of Oly, but no more. With a convenient location, friendly staff, and one of the best selections of stock anywhere, Eastside UF&G is my favorite new farm store. It's worth the drive from Seattle, or anywhere else in the Puget Sound region. I'll be back!

There don't seem to be that many true nurseries (I exclude big-box stores in the category of "nursery:) in the area. This one is great.

I think we spent close to 5 hours here and my kids would of stayed longer but I had a few stops to make and saw their was going to be some traffic going home so decided it was time to go. There 2 floors and a decent size outdoor area. It was rainy when we went but that didn't stop by kids from checking out the outdoor area. The art lab was huge. There were so many things to check out my kids were so engaged and didn't want to leave.
