I had such a terrible customer service experience 2 times out of the 2 times I have been I just wish we had a true beauty supply store by us, or I had the time to drive further down the hill to see if I might receive better customer service at another store. I cant say I wont go back because I probably will have to, I just hope I do not continue to get the same rude sales associate and hopefully receive better customer service, being in the customer service field I know you can loose a customer with one visit. Hello. Had lower…read morebleph done in 2022. Right eye had lower retraction, with in weeks. He attempted to fix the right eye. Twice. Did not work. They made another appointment for me. I canceled .. After about 5 months i started noticing my right eye looking odd. It has Cantal webbing. Pinching in the outer corner Dr freed said he cannot fix that. After years of consulting Drs. I have an appoint with a Dr. Massry who does revision surgery. He fixes others mistakes I would not recommend Dr Freed. I also had mini lift. It helped slightly but is uneven. I will have that fixed also. Both of these issues seem to arise from the technique that a dr can use. The technique used on me tends to be easier. I didn't know to ask. My bad. They may seem nice. Until something goes wrong. I my opinion how you are treated when things aren't right really shows the character of the person. They will tell you they tried, they did They will say i could have come back. After 2 times with no improvement, and multiple conversations and being belittled because you are questioning the process. It was time to move on. So Be Careful. Keep Looking ask Many questions The lower bleph ruined both my eyes in different ways. I will get it fixed. I will cost me time and money This has taken years away from my life.

Secondly, at a third store I asked if they had "Black Girl Sunscreen" and showed my old one. The lady said "Ulta doesn't carry that." Well I looked around the store after looking for a similar product and found it! I have been purchasing that product from Ulta for at least a year and half now so they had definitely had it long enough she should have known. And that was a manager that didn't know what's in her own store. So I just have to say that I feel my experiences at all Ultas are pretty universal with poor customer service.
