I have arrived at this store at like 10 minutes to 6 pm on 2 occasions both times I was treated…read morelike I was a bother, the first time I forgot my card and the associate refused to look it up under my name or phone number making that trip from Nevada City a waste of time, ( I know I was at fault not having my card with me but the sales assistant was plain rude to me) The next time I hurried after work to rush down there again, from Nevada city at 5:50 pm ( I work in Nevada City and it is not always the easiest trip down there after work) The same sales assistant asked me at 5:57 if I needed help, I said no I am just looking for the right color for my highlights, she said well my register closes at 6pm, so that if i did not bring my purchases up there I would not be able to get them after driving so far to get them, and was not nice about it when I asked for her to just start ringing some of the stuff we had already hurried up and picked out, she said she could not. I had such a terrible customer service experience 2 times out of the 2 times I have been I just wish we had a true beauty supply store by us, or I had the time to drive further down the hill to see if I might receive better customer service at another store. I cant say I wont go back because I probably will have to, I just hope I do not continue to get the same rude sales associate and hopefully receive better customer service, being in the customer service field I know you can loose a customer with one visit. Wont Go back unless I absolutely have to, due to the customer service issues as mentioned above. I AM EDITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE AFTER I POSTED THIS I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE IN MY YELP IN BOX Hi Carrie, Stephanie Q. sent you a message on Yelp: Subject: Really "Your a loser" So this is the only review I have done in about a year so I know it had to come from this review I for sure will not patronizing this store.

Hello. Had lower…read morebleph done in 2022. Right eye had lower retraction, with in weeks. He attempted to fix the right eye. Twice. Did not work. They made another appointment for me. I canceled .. After about 5 months i started noticing my right eye looking odd. It has Cantal webbing. Pinching in the outer corner Dr freed said he cannot fix that. After years of consulting Drs. I have an appoint with a Dr. Massry who does revision surgery. He fixes others mistakes I would not recommend Dr Freed. I also had mini lift. It helped slightly but is uneven. I will have that fixed also. Both of these issues seem to arise from the technique that a dr can use. The technique used on me tends to be easier. I didn't know to ask. My bad. They may seem nice. Until something goes wrong. I my opinion how you are treated when things aren't right really shows the character of the person. They will tell you they tried, they did They will say i could have come back. After 2 times with no improvement, and multiple conversations and being belittled because you are questioning the process. It was time to move on. So Be Careful. Keep Looking ask Many questions The lower bleph ruined both my eyes in different ways. I will get it fixed. I will cost me time and money This has taken years away from my life.
