Angela is super friendly and knowledgeable and offers a reasonably priced microdermabrasion skin package and uses Arbonne products which is a line of pure, vegan, botanically based ingredients... The facial technique is a little different from what im familiar with (no steam, use of a Clarisonic for cleansing) but overall, i'm happy with the results...my skin feels a little more polished, smoothe and soft and that's what counts!

So I've been going to Angela for the past 3 months. I am a first timer when it comes to facials and…read moreso have only been recently worried about my future self and trying to slow down time, but on my face. After each appointment, I must say that my face does feel squeaky clean and even the following day it does have a brighter glow. Angela is a huge advocate for organic and natural beauty skin regimens. She promotes a line of beauty products called Arbonne, which is a specialty line of European skin care; but, it is your choice if you decide to try out for yourself or not. What I like about Angela is her skin care philosophy. She recommends that anything at the regular store probably wouldn't be the best because of the hundreds of thousands of unknown chemicals and toxins that you can't even pronounce that you've been putting on your face all these years. It makes sense, right? Anything natural, organic/vegan more or less is your best option. But mainly, she recommends the products she uses on her clients, which is Arbonne. She uses a range of techniques for your facial. She uses three machines. A microderm, microcurrent and ultrasound. All of which aid in the healing process and renewal of your skin. She also does extractions as well. She offers a nice package of 3 microdermabrasian treatments for $255 which I did. I would say my skin does look and feel brighter and tighter. I do notice a decrease in my fine lines which I am sure will only improve with continued treatment. My skin still isn't 100% perfect due to years of carelessness but, it's getting there. The downside, she doesn't believe in chemical facial peels which I would like to try out at least once for myself. Otherwise, Angela is definitely one i would come back to which I may in the future.

I called for a second appointment and left numerous voice messages (at least 7 times) and go ZERO response. I was visiting from LA and called well in advance to get an appointment booked yet couldn't get a call back to save my life. Highly unprofessional- usually as a business OWNER, you'd think she has enough etiquette to AT LEAST follow up and call back whether she has time for the appointment OR NOT. Rude. Simply put, it's RUDE to not respond at all especially when a potential client is clearly attempting to book an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism . Tip to the "Busy Bee": CALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS WHEN THEY LEAVE MESSAGES. Needless to say, that visit was the first AND LAST time I'll be sitting in her (Kristene's) chair. If I could leave zero stars for horrible follow up- I most definitely would. It's irritating more than anything else *insert pissed off emoji*.

She explained my options, and what was to come, and once I laid down, she did her magic.
