I stopped by around 9:30am on a Saturday to pick up a package that I was unavailable to sign for during the previous delivery attempt and ended up spending 15 minutes on line. There was only one clerk available with 10+ people waiting to be serviced. However, by the time I did reach the front, I was treated pretty courteously. Overall, I've been to smaller and larger post offices that were able to get things done better.

They picked the most expensive shipping service without telling me, overcharging me unnecessarily. To make it even worse, the staff secretly clicked "satisfied" on the customer survey for me, trying to cover up their bad service. They look down on customers, have zero customer service skills, and treat people with obvious attitude issues. Worst post office I have ever been to. Avoid this location at all costs.
