I initially worked with Chris Pintarich on securing D & O, liability, and umbrella non-profit insurance and he made a complicated experience very simple. I asked a kajillion questions about the forms, had unusual scenarios for our nonprofit's specifics and he was very patient throughout. He also made me a personalized video that walked me through the policy that I could watch on my own time. SUPER responsive. Was such a great experience I got home and auto insurance through them too...through John Galvin. I had issues getting my HOA insurance information from the other side's broker...the details needed to secure my own insurance. John checked in with me three times before it finally arrived but was never pushy-that's quality customer service. When I finally got the insurance, it was 2 business days before closing. John took care of ALL my insurance needs within hours and I was bound (and thus able to close on time, miraculously). Extraordinary customer service. Comprehensive emails explaining everything.
