Fortunately, I had seen a posting by Fernando Rey of his business card with an awesome G&N Insurance Coffee Mug! He mentioned what great service they have, so I figured I would send him a message. In a matter of minutes, Fernando Rey contacted me and asked what would be a good time for him to call. When we chatted, he asked specific questions to pass along to his colleague Sara Camosse. He let me know that the information was submitted and that she would be contacting me soon. That day, Sara Camosse contacted me via E-mail and we scheduled a phone call. When we got in touch with each other, she reviewed the details Fernando Rey provided. Everything was 100% accurate! She asked additional questions to get more specific with what I was looking for. By the end of our call, she let me know about how G&N Insurance Agency works, and all the wonderful insurance carrier's they work with. Sara Camosse got me all the information I needed! I reviewed the details and amounts she provided me versus what I had currently at the time. I sent questions to her and received answers back timely! The following week, Sara Comosse had asked if I would like to hop on a quick call to go over the details of my policy, and I am GLAD I did! When we got in touch, she explained everything in detail and also provided specific examples and scenarios. I felt so at ease with the information she provided me and even added extra insurance for less than what I was paying previously. Sara Comosse, Fernando Rey, and everyone at G&N Insurance Agency are what it's all about. I love that family feel company that actually dedicates time to their valued clients! My insurance policy was canceled and I did not know that. I was informed about this through a…read moreletter from RMV telling me that my insurance was canceled. When you take out insurance through an agency, the minimum you expect is effective and qualified communication, but this is not the case with G & N Insurance. When I called to resolve this situation with G&N, they told me that they could do nothing and that I would have to take out insurance with Progressive or Geico. Why does G & N exist even if you can do it all online? Terrible experience!

I have been insured through A Affordable for about 5 years now. Recently I had a policy cancelled due to nonpayment. I'm not a slacker, I just have a crazy schedule and I missed it. Anyway after dealing with the first part and discovering I needed to sign up with a different insurance company (remember, A Affordable is an AGENCY), I received a call from an employee named Rich M. He actually reached out to me via email, too, so I had the number right in front of me. First thing off the bat was that his hours were great for working people. Not sure if all the agents do this but he was scheduled until 8. So great for me! I called him back on the direct line he had provided and he picked up right away. No phone tree or operators. I had a lot of questions still about why my original policy was canceled. He took the time to look into what had happened, even though I was calling him for a completely different task far down the line. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand before he moved on to signing me up for a new policy. He went ahead, put me on hold and got quotes from the companies A Affordable works with. He came back with the lowest quote, which had nearly doubled from my last policy. Obviously, I was pissed. But, this was not Rich's fault, or A Affordable's fault, or the insurance company's fault. I was the one who had messed up, and now because of the lapse in insurance, my rate was much higher. Rich explained all of that to me. He empathized with me, saying that the same thing had happened to him, and agreed that it sucked. He went through all the processes and explained what to bring to the DMV and what to do afterward. He emailed me electronic forms right then, so I could electronically sign them and send them back immediately. No waiting, no visits to the office. Tomorrow I will go to the DMV and it will be all set. So, even though what happened was shitty, Rich helped me out, didn't make me feel like he was judging me for missing a payment and not realizing for so long, and oddly made me feel better. It was all so convenient. Posting a review is the least I could do for a compassionate guy who made me feel a bit better on a bad day. Thanks Rich!

But you also said rhere was a paid In full discount unethical and unproffessional and irresponsible. Cant wait for my year to be done so I do not half to Them again.

Literally had someone say to me "We would only cover it if X happened"- then X happened and guess what- they didn't cover it. 2 stars for kindness and another star to restart my policy after annually having to manually renew it- instead of a way to renew or have it automatically be paid online- Thousands of dollars annually to have insurance that doesn't cover your business is really rough.
