After Tammy left we got bumped to Ellen. We met with Ellen regarding the sale of our house. We were not going to buy another just sell our three family home. We gave Ellen the details of what the home could sell for and she gave us some numbers back. When the numbers actually came in from the sale what we were expecting to to be 50-60 thousand in capital gains ended up actually being 141,000 in capital gains tax. Steer clear of this organization they don't understand tax law and are doing everyone of their climbers a major disservice. If I had know this information I would have made different decisions.
