I put it off and missed the deadline. I went to Reliable Tax Service and they were able to help me quickly and easily. I was embarrassed that I was submitting late but they were so kind and patient with me, and put me at ease right away and completed my taxes quickly. Prices were more than reasonable, and less than the chains. I will be going here from now on.

They are massively disrespectful and think you should just take their attitude and smile. They don't answer questions and on the off chance they do are very rude. Just all around rude nasty people. I don't think they know tax law either. Probably why they don't like answering questions because they don't know the answer and if they are rude enough hope you don't notice they don't know.

Mr dennis told me he would help me and was initially very kind, inviting me in his office. My ex girlfriend had worked there for years and she referred me. She was hoping they would help me but I later found out they mistreated her as well (while pregnant) He gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up .. I explained that I had 2 uncles die of covid and we were struggling to raise money for our family. I was later informed by a secretary that I owed a large sum and it was only going to cover one year (for which there was going to be no return because it was so late.. ) It was very upsetting and I told her to tear it up and that I would have to bring my business elsewhere I would have never agreed to $2000 dollars for what would have amounted to a half hour of paper work She called me unethical and said they would do the one year for free (in a very condescending tone). She said and I quote, "we will tear up your check and to consider this one year of a return a gift from us" The disagreement was upsetting but I was relieved and grateful at the same time. I later got a bill in the mail My friend later told me that after giving these folks blood sweat and tears they pulled a similar stunt on her. I guess this is how the rich stay rich. The guy has a shiny 120 thousand dollar car out front in a very working class neighborhood where many of us are struggling to get through these hard times. I don't understand why they wouldn't have just sent me somewhere else. They offer to do the one year free, then send me a bill after all .

That was a very unprofessional and crude remark as if she was saying you either wait or leave and your time is not valuable to us. I ended up leaving and taking my money to another place that actually respected my time as well as theirs. I don't recommend going to this place and I won't step foot again in that establishment. To top it all of I got a call from an H&R representative stating that she would call the office and speak with the tax consultant to make sure it doesn't happen again. I don't need a call informing me that is going to happen as it is to late and it doesn't help me in any other way. I would have preferred getting no call at all.
