Eagle Trust has wonderful, hardworking people (who pick up the phone! promptly reply to email!) and I have trusted them to with my car insurance (and now condo insurance) for years. Thank you to Cindy for always taking the time to look up the best rates and sending over my policy while traveling (such a fast response). Highly recommend!!! read more

I have been working with Eagle Trust for the last 6 years, since I moved to the Boston area. Ivone has helped me numerous occasions change, renew, and update my auto and condo insurance policy. She consistently got me the lowest quotes compared to insurance giants like Progressive and Geico and even got me significantly lower rates than other agents in the area. I recently moved away from Boston and Ivone is still helping me with insurance for my rental property in Boston. Thank you, Ivone and Eagle Trust for all your support the last several years! read more

I've had auto insurance with Eagle Trust, but recently asked them for help getting Renters insurance. They quickly got me quotes with multiple different insurance and helped me set up a good plan. read more

Excellent customer service and advice!! This is a legit 5 star insurance company. Spoke to Carl (the owner) regarding a life insurance quote and he walked me through all the options, requirements, benefits etc. with such care and diligence that I'm now bringing all my insurance business to Eagle Trust Insurance. I had complex questions but they patiently walked me through the process and provided the type of honest to goodness customer service you rarely find anymore. My advice: if you're looking for insurance and want honest, straight forward information, service and care, these guys are the real deal. read more

BEST INSURANCE COVERAGE AND ADVICE YOU'LL GET.... hands down!! I've had the most amazing experience getting my house, car, umbrella and life insurance sorted out by the experts at Eagle Trust Insurance. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, regardless of how many I had or how silly I may have sounded. It was a total "no judgement zone" which made the whole experience so much easier for me and left me secure in the knowledge that my agents Ivone and Carl were listening to me and looking out for my best interests. I got the best possible rate and coverage for my personal circumstances. Their personal attention, guidance and advise regarding my insurance needs and coverage for this stage in my life made all the difference in the world. In all the years of getting the usual AVERAGE assistance from the big insurance companies who view you as a number, I've never experience such thorough service like this or felt as secure as I do now with the team from Eagle Trust. I would highly recommend Eagle Trust Insurance to anyone looking to change or get new coverage. I finally understand what REAL coverage looks like and will never go back to dealing directly with the big insurance companies again... I can think of better ways to spend my time :) read more

Wow! What a quick and painless process this was. Ivone was very helpful in quickly getting us covered for the purchase of our new home and I would highly recommend it! read more

Carl was a pleasure to work with. Very honest, easy to reach and very responsive. He was patient in explaining all the intricacies of home insurance and gave me multiple options without pressure. I would definitely recommend working with Carl. read more

Soooo dishonest Tracey Gundaker!!! She will try to charge you up and make the highest commission off of you. If you are not knowledgeable about how insurance works, take someone along with you who is. Also, carefully go over the policy and figures twice! , and be sure to ask for a receipt. Check the back of your policy under mileage. I bought an old car for just around town, mind you Somerville is only 4.209 square miles big. She put my annual millage as 10, 000 miles. The AAA discount didn't happen. She's greedy for commission, a liar and a cheat. read more

Not a great experience at all! I waited two days for a quote on insurance and then was told I couldn't get one... I went to my AAA Insurance and had a quote in one hour and insurance a few hours SAME DAY. Due to my experience I do not recommend this company! read more

I went through Eagle Trust Insurance for over 3 years and they made everything very simple, easy and most importantly understandable. It was my first time dealing with insurance on my own. I received multiple quotes before going to Eagle Trust (formerly Best Rate Insurance I think) and they provided me with the best quotes and support. I recently moved to California and unfortunately they could not assist in getting me insurance here. Even though I have to cancel my auto / renter's insurance as they do not service CA, Tracey provided the same top notch support as others did when I started out with them. Thank you all. If I ever move back to Boston, I will definitely use their services again. read more

Last February I reached out to Eagle Trust for renters insurance. It was very affordable for the year (even the insurance company I work at couldn't compete with the rate after my employee discount). I no longer rent, so when I received a letter informing me that my policy was about to renew, I reached out via e-mail to cancel. The process was the easiest and most pain-free experience ever. Carl emailed me directly and informed me that I just needed to sign an e-form from Cindy. Cindy e-mailed me with the form within the hour and that was that. I got a new letter a few days later in the mail informing me that my policy was cancelled and my new balance is $0. It's so refreshing to experience a company with friendly people and excellent customer service! Highly recommend. read more

Great customer service. Ivone was very quick to respond to my request and get me what I had requested in no time!!

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Carl and Alda for my own as well as both of my kids insurance policies. The process from Eagle Insurance was nothing less than effortless. They did all the work and I sat back and waited for the policy savings. Extremely responsive via email and called when they had questions that needed immediate attention. My son recently just saved over $900 on his policy! I would strongly suggest contacting Eagle Insurance to have your insurance policy, at the very least, reviewed. We all want to save money and Eagle insurance will give their all to help you do just that! read more

I'm going to echo everyone else's sentiment that you are treated like their most important customer when you walk in through the door. I came to Eagle Trust to purchase new auto and homeowners policies after getting thrown under the bus by my previous insurance company and agency due to some complications. Carl carefully listened to my situation and helped me get quotes from multiple companies. What makes him stand out from other agents I've dealt with is that he will patiently help you understand the various insurance terms and give you honest advice to help you get the policy that best fits your situation. Where other agencies will just get you in and out their door, don't put forth any extra effort when complications arise, Carl will go the extra mile and help you to the best of his ability. After being denied on an initial online quote, he personally made the call to the underwriter and made it happen, and even stayed until well after the official closing time to make sure he was done with my policies. In the end, after Carl worked his magic, he got me policies with better coverage at a lower price compared to my previous ones. If you're looking for insurance, you can't go wrong with Eagle Trust Insurance, there's a reason why they have a 5 star rating, and deservedly so. read more

I can not imagine a better service at another insurance agent! I had issues with my insurance and thankfully Eagle Trust was able to straighten that up for me and provided me with options to switch at very competitive rates. I dealt through my experience with both Cindy and Carl, both of them were INCREDIBLE. I had instant responses and received complete information. As a costumer, I care about good rates, access, and good service. And I believe I got all of that at Eagle Trust on excellent level. read more

Called to get a quote for 1 auto and 2 home policies. Maybe it was the luck of the draw and not reflective of the entire agency, but the agent who answered had terrible phone etiquette. After repeating myself twice stating I am a new customer looking for quotes, it was obviously time to just thank her and try somewhere else. read more

Carl at Eagle Trust has been a trusted agent for my family for years. Recently, I approached Carl with an opportunity to insure my small business. Even though my business is extremely difficult to insure due to the obscure technology sector within which I work, Carl diligently executed. I know it took a lot of extra work on his part, but he stuck with it so that I could become an approved vendor for my client. I recommend Eagle Trust, and greatly appreciate that they were willing and able to go above and beyond their normal scope of work in the interest of stellar customer service. Thanks Carl and Eagle Trust! read more

Thank you Nancy Vo for getting me insurance within hours. I was able to register at RMV and drive my car the same day. I got clear explanations on all possible premiums and was able to choose the best option for my budget. The staff at best rate were all very helpful and were able to communicate with me in between my busy work day schedule. They did their best research while I was jumping in and out of work and calls. Becareful when you select other insurance such as geico and progressive. They really skimp out on your protection. read more

I thought I was done with the incompetent service but no....Where do I begin...First of all when I was given a quote my agent Marie had terrible phone etiquette. I finally got a quote and decided to go with it. The agent did not tell me exactly what documents I needed to bring in so I had to turn around and stop back at home this happened a couple times. I signed up for the runner service to get my car insurance and on the day the runner is supposed to go to the RMV I get a call saying the runner did not have the correct documents. I had to go back in and bring more documents...turns out Marie had them all along. She assured me that she now had the correct documents (even though she already had them) for the runner to go the FOLLOWING week. I asked her to call the runner to make sure these were the correct documents. She did...and they WEREN'T the right documents so I had to fill out more. If I didn't bring it up this would have happened again. Fast forward a month later. I get an email saying my autopay payment was about to come out of my bank account so I thought nothing of it because Marie helped me to sign up for this autopay. I get a call 1 week after this email from Marie to call her back ASAP...oh no. (meanwhile I work too, precisely during the hours of eagle rock insurance and I can't be on my phone because I work with patients). I get an email the same day from my insurance company saying "Urgent: Your Policy is Due to be Canceled". So it seems like the autopay didn't work properly. Hopefully my policy does not get canceled. I will call eagle rock tomorrow. Now I have extra fees due to my payment being late. I will be even more frustrated if my policy gets canceled and/or eagle rock doesn't pay for these extra fees. I am normally a very patient person but this was the last straw! read more

I worked with this company last year, and just got my renewal quotes from my insurance company. It was several hundred more than last year's price and I really wanted to try to knock it down. I called Eagle Trust, spoke to Carl, and he was INCREDIBLY helpful. In about 30 minutes or so I had decided on a new insurance company and plan for auto and renters... and I saved about $175 from the other company whose prices went up. Carl made sure to note that he'd be out the following week, so encouraged me to finish everything that day to be sure all questions were answered. He was responsive, kind, and very helpful. read more

Top notch professionals. I needed insurance for a motorcycle and car and I literally had no knowledge of insurance going into it. Cindy and Carl spent the time to find me the best rates and explained the whole process to me. Cindy even wrote out what I should expect to hear when I went to register the vehicles at the RMV. I can't express how much of a burden they relieved from me for not having to deal with the insurance companies myself and learn everything to get the best coverage and rate. I highly recommend Eagle Trust Insurance. They are just as great, kind and helpful in person too. read more

Cindy is a true professional who patiently explained all the intricacies and took care of all the paperwork. I merely had to sign digitally. After having Brennan Insurance since 1976 I did not know what was going to happen when Mr Brennan retired. Slowly he merged in with Best Rate Insurance. Then he left his longtime clients in their capable hands. I have nothing but good things to say about Best Rate! They've helped me a great deal & recently helped me to save over $200 in my auto insurance cost. They are very nice to deal with. Being a life long Somerville resident, I appreciate having a local business that I can depend on! Thanks Carl & the rest of the staff at Best Rate! read more

Not deceptive in nature? I was not informed in any way that my plan was downgraded until I saw the final application form she wanted me to sign. She did mention there was a small change in price, but she did not say anything about LOWERING MY COVERAGE BY 120K. Why people buy home insurance? Because they want to guarantee when something really bad happens, they can get their money back. The coverage she gave me was much lower than what I paid for the house. I am a quant analyst. I calculate numbers from billions to basis points. I give her one star for a reason. read more

This is my first Yelp review, ever. I use Yelp often but haven't felt compelled to write a review for any services rendered or food eaten. That changed yesterday. I just moved to Somerville and needed to get my car insured and registered in Massachusetts. My car was previously registered and insured in Alaska, whose rates for both were much lower. I was afraid I'd have to sell my car because I wouldn't be able to afford what I was being quoted by insurance companies like Geico. I found Eagle Trust Online pretty randomly and decided to put in a request for a quote late in the afternoon Sunday. The first thing Monday morning, I get an email from Cindy Garcia, one of the insurance agents at Eagle Trust inquiring more about my situation. I call ET and within 20 minutes, she's found me a great policy I can afford. ET also has a runner service, who, for $20 will take your title and registration application to the DMV for you and come back, same day with the plates. I ran over to ET to catch the runner in time. Sitting down with Cindy, she was so attentive, so thorough and so incredibly friendly. I've worked in Customer Service for over ten years and her customer service skills are unparalleled. She was not only interested in helping me, but she was interested in listening to me. she was full of warm-hearted attention to help me find a solution to my insurance problem. Her knowledge of the way different insurances worked, how different discounts applied and also the idiosyncrasies of the MA DMV were vast and very helpful. I left wishing that I could have tipped her because of how much help she was to me. I sincerely valued my experience with Eagle Trust and if any other insurance needs arise, I know exactly where to go! read more

Eagle Trust Insurance is as good as it gets. Cindy was so kind, helpful, patient and thoughtful. I discovered Eagle Trust Insurance on a friend's recommendation. I must say I am really happy for having gone there. Being an expat freshly moved to the US, Cindy made me comfortable by patiently explaining me all the options available for a car insurance. The process was really smooth. I advise expats to have their foreign drivers license transferred to MA, certified translation (if not already in english) of a statement from your insurance company abroad and your car papers ready. Oh, and the price was really great too! I saved 300$ compared with online quotes. Great job! read more

After calling 9 different insurance companies that were going to give me a affordable car policy. (Since I am a new driver). I decided to call Eagle Trust Insurance to see if I could come in. I already had my auto insurance policy with this agency but when the insurance company raised it significantly with an address change when I moved to the next town over, the owner, Carl, went out of his way to help me bring it back at least to where the premium had been prior to the move with not much loss of coverage. He was very helpful and polite and happily go back there again. read more

I wholeheartedly recommend Best Rate insurance: My car insurance is up for renewal these days, and I wanted to check if there would be a better insurance rate for our car and I was curious to see if a local office would be able to help me. So, I decided to give a cold call to Best Rate, knowing that they are in Somerville, across the street from SoundBites. I got to talk to Cindy, who turned out to be the kindest, most knowledgeable and most importantly, most honest insurance agent I've ever spoken to. In a series of email exchanges, alongside the quotes she provided, she offered insider insights and asked the right questions, going item by item over my insurance policy, seeking to see if I could get a better deal than what I have now with my current agent. After all the searches and quotes, it turned out that I would still get a better deal through my current agent, so I decided to stay with my current insurance agent and not to go ahead with Best Insurance. This was a hard decision, driven primarily by economic reasons. Yet it was made easier by knowing that Cindy was totally understandable, and because of her response, she and her agency deserve all the stars in the world! I will definitely go back to her the next time my insurance is up for renewal and if you are shopping for a good insurance deal, please go and talk to her, she will do her best to guide you through all the potential savings and not hold it against you if you happen to find a better rate elsewhere.
