Paul ended up canceling it "supposedly" when he verified with the DMV that I had Allstate as I said I did. Now I'm still getting billed by Plymouth Rock for an auto insurance policy that was supposedly canceled but mysteriously got reinstated. He told my husband he could not cancel it again bc it's Plymouth rocks fault and Plymouth Rock blames him. In my opinion they are a joke, seriously can't do the smallest of tasks and mess up at every turn--and then blame you. I told them I was giving them the heads up ... that's my job as well, since Lynne in her email thinks I evidently work for Allstate and can make them do something. She and Paul take no responsibility for messing up. Stay away!

I have an excellent driving record but because I hit the car, I faced the prospect of a fairly high surchange for an extended period of time.But Bob Keras the firms president who handled the claim told me something I forgot. At the time he wrote the policy ,he noticed I qualified for so he added an Accident Forgiveness Rider and I would not have this surcharge.This is what makes Keene Insurance a special place to do business and why I trash those solicitations from large national companies.
