I had to go here to get insurance for my apartment, and they were kind enough, willing…read moreto work with you if something came up and you were late, or had to break the year amount, typically paid in full, up into payments. However, they would never update my account to show my payments and send me bills for the FULL amount, even when all I had left to pay on the account was 10 dollars (that was the final amount left, not the amount after my first payment). They sent me an "updated" bill with zero deducted from the starting balance. I had (and still have) receipts, but that's not even the point, the account should be up-to-date and ACCURATE, as well as the invoices they send. I should not have been getting invoices that said "final notice" with the full amount being shown. This happened three times while I was making payments for the first year of coverage. When I got that final one threatening to close my account, if I didn't "pay the amount in full" (again, the invoice not showing any of the payments as being deducted from the amount due) by such and such a date, they were going to close my account. I was done and decided to let the account be closed. Don't deal with this company. Nice enough people there, but when your experience with them is as mine was, you see that "nice" as completely fake.
