They first came and we agree on the money to clean my house, but then when the lady tell me the house is so dirty and needs to increase another hundred dollar. The house is already be cleaned by the tenant and I showed her and tell her no need to clean any toilet or bathtub, neither need to clean the fridge or dishwasher. She said so dirty is just she needs to open some draws to clean some hairs out of it. Anyway I want to clean it up so I gave the extra hundred but I asked her to clean the spot I care the most, which is the fan in the master bedroom ceiling. But she DID NOTHING at all. That fan is the only reason I hire for a company to clean for me, and she is just cleaning something else without even touching the fan. I end up needs to do all the work by myself and clean the ceiling fan all by myself. I asked to have part of my money back and the manager Eddie said no way to get it back. And he would not compensate me anything other than saying it is the policy to not refund, even they did not finish the job. This is a so bad experience and I will avoid using them in the future.

They do an excellent job getting all of the debris from the gutters and downspouts plus cleaning up the outside area. This year, they identified an issue with the way my new gutters had been installed that was damaging the roof. They immediately let me know, then sent a detailed report to me with pictures. I was able to send it to the gutter installation company and get it fixed the same day at no charge. I called BRD roofing in a state of semi-panic when we sprung a leak and another roofing company quoted me a devastating amount of money to fix it. Dale called me first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning, Dale arrived at my house. He was warm, kind and approachable. He listened to what I had to say about what we needed and realizing I was on my way to work he did the evaluation and left me a handwritten note with his thoughts on the next steps. He also patched a problem area in an attempt to fix it since he was "already up there" and wanted to do what he could. I was blown away (insert WHOOSH sound) by his attention to customer satisfaction and honesty. I am not yet sure if the patch worked (will find out later today) but any work that I need done to fix the problem long-term will be promptly directed to BRD first. Dale was an absolute rock star and was a treat to meet. While I hope I don't need a new roof, I welcome the opportunity to interact with Dale again.

Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine. One of the great things about Dazzle is the consistently between cleaners. With our old cleaners, we hated when we had to have a new cleaner--there always seemed to be a few sessions where the house didn't get as clean until they got into their groove. With Dazzle, I can honestly say we can't tell the difference between cleaners--the house is sparkling every time. What we do very much appreciate is the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Dazzle is on the higher end in terms of cost of the agencies we looked at, which is part of why we initially went with another cleaner. Now that we're clients, we can say we appreciate that they pay their cleaners better, have higher retention rates, and seem to very much are about their cleaners' well-being (for example, reaching out about air conditioning options during the heat wave). We feel good about paying a higher price if that means the cleaners have a better job--AND we can confidently say we get a higher quality clean than we did before.

The communication is great and so far the staff has been kind, respectful and happy to do a good job (and work around my WFH lifestyle). The express clean doesn't go above and beyond with the cleaning, but they lay out clearly what that service entails in the description when you choose what you want. Price wise it seems a little high for what you get, but this is Seattle and I imagine it's not cheap to run a business and employ good staff, so no complaints from me.
