First, there were no customers in the store but me and three employees and none of them talked to me at all until I said something after standing there for a second waiting. I say to the older guy at the cash register that I need to buy some brake pads and immediately (maybe its because of the way I look, or maybe its how he treats all people) he starts treating me like I'm stupid. Long story short, the guy and the girl who were standing there were rude, offered me no help even though they had no other customers to tend to, and in turn lost my business. I drove down the street to Advanced Auto Parts (which was closer to my house in the first place, I just wanted to continue giving Autozone my business) and got great service from a guy there instead. I am a recently married, young college student who just recently started my own business. Rule #1 to keep your customers coming back? Don't treat them like crap.

I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

I pulled over and liquid was spraying everywhere over the engine. I added water, said a prayer, and endured a white knuckle ride along steep mountain roads with nowhere to pull over and no cell service. Thankfully I made it to the hotel in Gatlinburg where the rest of the coolant poured out of the car into the parking lot. I called Tony the next morning after checking out their reviews and he told me to drop the car off which I did at 10 AM. A few how hours later he had it diagnosed as a burned hole in a coolant hose caused by rubbing against the radiator due to poor design. I authorized fixing it and by 2 o'clock he had me back on the road for an extremely fair price. You do not want to pay dealer prices and these guys are very reasonable. I worked in a mechanics shop for 20 years so I know honest mechanics and Tony and Jim are it. If you have a problem with your vehicle in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville take it here. These are the guys to go to. I couldn't be happier. PS. Made it back to Florida after driving straight through for 12 hours with no problems. Thanks again guys.
