I have been dealing with an issue with my camshaft position sensor in my 2010 Infiniti QX56 for…read moreseveral months now. I replaced that camshaft sensor, and then a new code came up for the crankshaft position sensor, which I also replaced. After all that work, I was still having problems like a rough idle and hesitant starts. While out shopping, I decided to stop at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Maynardville Pike in Knoxville, and honestly, that ended up being kismet. Jade immediately stepped in to help me. She brought out the OBDII scanner to check what was going on after all the work I had done. Unfortunately, it would not connect or pull any codes. Then things got worse. The SUV would not start at all, and I was completely stuck in the parking lot with no way home. After talking through everything, Jade suggested trying another camshaft position sensor (the one I bought was a cheap aftermarket on) to see if that would fix the issue. She helped me get the tools I needed and made sure the install went smoothly. It only took about 20 minutes, and I did the whole job right there in front of the store with her support and friendly chatter the whole way through. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. Jade genuinely cared, and in this day and age, when humanity feels bleak and lost sometimes, that means a lot. Jade did not just do her job. She showed real empathy and compassion, which is something the world needs more of. While helping me, she even shared some of what she is personally dealing with, and it created a real connection that you just do not get anymore. You all seriously need to give her a raise, a promotion and giant thank you, from me, I mean that. I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at the rear brakes, they told me I needed to have my rear brake pads replaced. OK, I did, and the charged me about $360 to do it. About two weeks later, the rear brakes started screeching loudly and I noticed a clicking sound, I knew something wasn't right and took it back them. They said problem fixed, it wasn't, started doing the exact same thing about a day later. Took it back about two weeks later, same result didn't fix the problem, brakes still screeching. My brakes weren't screeching until they worked on it! I wound up taking my car to AutoExtend in Powell and they told me that the way Webb's had tightened my emergency brake had basically burned up the rear pads that they had installed, they destroyed their own work! AutoExtend fixed my brakes, replaced the rear pads and drums all for $306. I should have known this place was going to hell when I stopped in and asked Brian if he could put in a high beam light for me. He said he would for $55. Really? Also, Brian straight up lied to face about my appointment time. I came in on a Thursday and he told me, "You made an appointment for Tuesday, don't you remember?" No, because I didn't do that. I can't do business with people I don't trust. This is a dishonest business and I'm going to let everyone I know who they really are. One of my worst experiences ever!

The First time was $1480.40 and we we reimbursed $400. This does not cover the fee for labor and the other charges in replacing the bad part including but not limited to the towing (of 200 miles, one way) and having to make a special trip to pick up my husband and 3 large dogs that were stranded in KY.

He suggested having them unseat the tire from the wheel, reseat it and replace the valve stem. Bingo! That fixed the issue permanently. I also told him about my Chevy S10 that wouldn't crank after replacing the fuel lines to the fuel pump and that local mechanics were perplexed. He suggested that I replace the fuel filter, even though it had already been replaced recently. Bingo again! This one visit saved me lots of money and relieved lots of headaches.
