The fried goods are exceptional as well, the batter for the curds, fries and onion rings came out crispy, savory, and delicious. There is a short wait for the food to get off the cooktop, but it is definitely worth the 10 minutes. Quattros deserves love from locals and visitors alike. 10/10.
