I politely asked the waitress to come over and I explained my disappointment. She was SOOO extremely polite and attentive. She called a manager, who I repeated my question to. She was also EXTREMELY polite and attentive and did absolutely everything to correct the situation. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the district manager was on site. He interceded & proceeded to acknowledge and address our situation. To me, it was minor inconvenience, but this restaurant handled it with class, grace, and a huge amount of professionalism.
