They just completed a 2 1/2 month project at my home, and to say I am pleased would be an understatement. The attention to detail, the professionalism shown, and most importantly, the end result speak for themselves. They did an amazing job in every area they touched (plant beds, new lawn, irrigation, lighting, etc.), which was top-tier work. This project was completed approximately 3 weeks ago, as of this review, and I believe the most recent work is a great indication of what to expect when hiring now. I also feel you get what you pay for... and under that premise, I would highly recommend 512 Landscaping because the finished product will exceed whatever expectation you started with. Told me it would take one day it took 5 days (weather was not an issue). Tore down 2 sides of fence and had a mess everywhere - even in the neighbor's yard (see pic - I was worried that someone would get hurt with the exposed nails.) And left the side open to neighbors for 2 days. Did not haul off all the old posts. Had asked them to use screws (multiple times and was assured they would) when putting the panels back on - they used a nail gun mostly and some of the panels are already falling off (it has been only a couple days). They finished after dark, so I stupidly was unable to inspect a final time. I emailed them and asked them to come back, but they are not responding.

Steve and his team did a great job with the landscaping around our new pool. He made some great…read morerecommendations during the consultation such as doing a limestone wall around the pump equipment so that it matched the house rather than doing a wooden fence and adding tropical plants behind the pool. His quote was very precise on exactly what was going to be purchased, the price, and the labor cost involved down to each plant, which is something the competing quotes were lacking. His team added a walkway going around from our driveway to the pool; excavated a rock wall to reduce the grade so we could get our golf cart around what was a narrow corner; trimmed up trees over and around the pool; added much needed drainage to reduce runoff; built the wall around the pump equipment, added the Zeon Zyosia grass, and did all the landscaping around the pool area. We are extremely happy with the end product and will use them again when our guest/pool house is completed to do the landscaping around it.

The new roof looks much better than the original did when the house was new. Levi and Caleb were really easy to work with, they explained the process and the work that needed to be done. Everything was completed on time and on budget. They did an intense clean-up when they finished, picking up every last nail and scrap. On top of that, the guys doing the work were extremely considerate of my yard from covering things with tarps to being mindful of my two dogs. Their cleanup was also immaculate. In the 5 years that I've owned my home I have worked with 10+ contractors, and this was by far the best experience I've had. In addition, the quality of work was impressive. I have had 3 different companies look at my chimney and attempt repairs, but these guys were the first to actually repair the issue and not just do a temporary fix. Highly recommend them!

I was able to get the crew to pull over and they said I needed to call their boss. Left numerous messages for Sean and finally got ahold him from calling from a friends number. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. This company does not take responsibility for damage they cause to other peoples property. I would stay clear from someone with such little accountability and respect for other people! You owe me a windshield Sean! Response: You can very clearly see the rocks in the back of the trailer in the third picture. You are just making excuses to not take responsibility for the damage your company caused. After hiring Southern Landscape Solutions for the second time I was a bit disappointed on the reuse…read moreof the crap construction clay as backfill for relocating my sprinklers. This is the clay they use for homes now a days. It's full of rocks, scrap wood, and other construction debris, and it doesn't pack very well initially. I had my sprinklers moved from being next to the house, to next to the fence. The idea is to water the slab area, not the fence area. Builders should do this on every home they build. Again, they did a great job, for a reasonable price, but I wasn't happy. I contacted Sean and they sent out a crew to remove the clay, and backfill it with quality grade top soil. Thanks Sean !!! Now to get the sprinkler heads change so they water up to the slab, as they're not the correct heads to accomplish that. I was hoping that would've been done as well, but perhaps my needs were not explained good enough. We will continue to hire Southern Landscape Solutions, but I'll just be a bit more detailed in what I need done. Worthy of a call and a quote for your landscaping needs !!!
