After my wife came home and got me back in through the backdoor, I took the knob apart. The Westlock help line pointed me toward Home Hardware. I had never heard of them, much less been there. When I got there, Craig Tyler greeted me. I told him my situation. I expected to buy a new knob assembly. Westlock no longer makes the one we had. Craig took my zip lock bag with all the pieces and proceeded to rebuild it before my very eyes. He even rekeyed it to our key. It may have taken him ten minutes. I could not believe it. After putting it back together and slipping it back in my bag, we proceeded to head to the front counter. I asked him how much I owed. He said nothing. I tried to pay him for his time. He would not take anything. I joked with him about him being a brain surgeon after hours. No one or no company has impressed me like Craig and Home Hardware did on Tuesday morning in a long long time. I am totally sold on them. They have a new customer for life. As I said earlier, I had never been there before. They serviced a part they did not sell me. Hats off! What a breath of fresh air. This was old fashioned customer service at its best. It made me feel like I was back in the days I grew up in at a store in my neighborhood. By the way, I was able to put the door knob back together in less than 10 minutes without any issues. It works great!!! Thank you, Craig! Thank you, Home Hardware. As one of my favorite professors used to say: "May your tribe increase!"

He was totally focused on explaining setup, delivery, costs and all the details of having it delivered. He represented Home Depot well. After finally reaching someone- they said it looks like its delayed and sitting in a warehouse about 4 hours away. I was frustrated because with a 4 hour drive and being delayed- I could've freaking drove up there and picked it up in that time. why is it taking so long? The associate said they would escalate the claim and figure out when they can load this to ship to Tulsa and call me back. No one ever called me back. Now my tracking says processed waiting to be shipped where it used to say shipped... I've been waiting over a week since my original delivery date and apparently now it's not even shipped? I had to reschedule plumbers and contractors because Home depot can't give me a straight answer as to when or why this hasn't arrived yet. I don't want a refund because it will take 3-5 days before it even hits my bank account and then I can reorder vanities. Regardless of the solution at this point I am beyond frustrated with this company and will no longer be shopping here. I have a demolished bathroom I'm trying my best to live out of because our scheduled delivery was delayed and no one can tell me why or when it will arrive. Now, I get to enjoy being placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time to an employee who doesn't care about what happens to my order. Save yourself the time and trouble and order from somewhere else.

Try telling that to Southwood Landscape, Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace Hardware etc. all still have beautiful flowers and plants. Indoor plants thrive all year around! I go to the graveyard aka: the garden section and there was nothing but unhealthy, forgotten plants. It was like the island of rejected toys except they were plants that were either dead or one fallen leaf away from it. Crispy, burnt, dry ... the poor things. Outside garden area was unkept with more unhealthy plants that hadn't been watered for months probably. If u want healthy plants do not go there in July. I can't speak for the rest of the year - but July is a no go. To me Sutherlands feels empty, echoey. I noticed both times going that a lot of the items have a layer of dust. I mean if you live close to the location and your pipe burst and your house if flooding with water and u need duct tape and it's an emergency... sure go there. But other than an emergency, I suggest going to one of the other hardware stores.
