Lowe's is my go to place and has been my go to place for the longest. The staff are friendly and the store is well kept up and always have the latest and greatest. They are cheaper then its competitors as well. During the holidays they have nice festive gear for all you Shannon's. They also have a nice gardening section and is a great place to check out. Being retired, I shop and research before buying. Especially if the price is going to be larger than usual. I needed to get the windows replaced on my home. I tried several different places, and finally decided on Lowe's. I made two separate purchases, two different times. The first time I thought they did a good job, so I purchased three more later on. The first time, they installed a defective window, without a locking mechanism! In another room, you can see between the window frames! The crew never told me about this! The second time, The installer finished two windows however, the third was the wrong size. He called someone who told him to make it fit! So he did. When he told me that he was finished, I asked him why he didn't re-install the outside trim around the windows. He said that wasn't included in the installation and left! I must say that this was a few years ago. However, I just discovered the window without the lock. I was furious. Since this wasn't a recent installation, I guess I am out of luck getting repairs. I just want to make people aware that if they need windows, avoid Lowe's. read more

Bought a washing machine in April 2024 it has stopped working and because i did not by the additional $50-100 protection plan they told me i just needed to by a new one after only 16 months. Or that maybe i could call the manufacture and maybe they would help me. Really!! They did not have any trouble taking my money but after 16 months they tell me to just buy a new one. It will not be from Lowes I will tell you that. I am 71 and do maybe 3 half loads a week no small children or anything, and i am sorry but even with no "added" protection plan a washing machine should last longer than 16 months. read more

I purchased flooring to be installed. They measured then priced it on July 28th, I paid in full and install wascscheduled for August 4th. No onecshowed up. I went to Lowe's to see why. They didn't know what I was talking about until I showed them when I had paid them. Then they said someone would call in a few days to schedule the install. I told them that had already occurred, I prepared the room for install and they were due today. They checked the order and told me theyvdidnt have the product. I come to Lowes nearly every day. This has always been my favorite location. But just now there were 11 people in line at the ONE open register. Even the Self Check our and the Garden Center were roped off/closed. I and my ONE CAN OF SPRAY PAINT went to the service desk (2 women working there) and asked what was up... "Our corporate store cut payroll too much for us to have more than one open register", said the (probably) manager on duty with purple hair. Ridiculous. The store is always clean, well-organized, super friendly and helpful staff, great and competitive prices and they honor our men in women in service. I love how they recognize our vets also. As the wife of a vet, we most certainly appreciate our military discount. Their prices are pretty comparable to most places, and sometimes have even better prices than Amazon! I was at lowes in bixby on 06/04/23. I was looking for decorative wall planks. I found some marked $24.98 a box. I took 75 square feet of this product. I got to the register they rang up $60.00 a box. I said what they are marked $24.98 a box. The kid at the register said he couldn't go look. So I went and took a picture of the price tags on the shelf. There was not a tag for $60.00 anywhere on the shelf. I showed them to him. He said "so" $24.98 is not the correct price. I said I need to see your manager. A woman came over who I was told was the manager. She left and it was 15 min before she came back. I guess hoping we would leave. We had to either pay $60.00 for a product marked $24.98 or leave. We left and I called the store to t a lk to a manager, was hung up on twice. Finally talked to a guy named Shane. I'm not really confident that he was a manager either. He said that they just pit it in the wrong spot. I said it was marked $24.98 and there is no other spot in the store fore wall planks but there. No where was it marked $60.00. So the kud at the register was trying to argue with me like i was wrong. I told him that treating the customer disrespectful wont get you anywhere. Just another bait and switch just hopeing i would give up and pay the $60.00 for a product marked $24.98. I will never shop at lowes again and everyone else should consider that as well.​ read more

Apparently the store manager don't need either money or his job...., the manager name "Chris" didn't look or seem concerned about we didn't get our order delivered, he just ask if we want to cancel the order because he couldn't promise the delivery day or time!! What an AH he have the audacity to tell me to have a nice day after he was very successful to pissed me off! I couldn't ever believe that Lowe's could be bad customer service like that since we have spend thousands of dollars on appliances, which btw are not cheap at all! I am outdone with the service my son and his father received today in this establishment. My son called the day before entering this establishment for a specific shower head he was looking for. When he enter the department he came in contact with a worker name Rick. My son ask Rick about the part he was looking for. He ask nicely sir can you help me find this shower head please. Rick replied I don't know can I. My son didn't reply to the comment. As they continue to look my son ask did they have a left hand part. Rick then began to get smart and told my son I don't know you didn't talk to me when you called. My son and his father got aggravated with his behavior and ask to speak to a manager. Rick then tried to apologize but the damage was already done. The manager came up was respectful and nice. We own a business and do a lot of business with Lowe's corporation. This has been our worst experience and our first time shopping at this location. In this location we spent around 6k to be treated with the worst disrespect ever. Please remind Rick first impression is lasting impressions. Great customer service goes a long way with people and they will continue to come to you poor customer service will allow them to do a long survey. We shop at the Bixby Lowes a LOT. Seems like we're always popping in for something or another. They just have everything! But what I particularly like about the Bixby location is that the people who work there (for the most part) are super friendly and helpful. Sometimes at a big box store, they might catch sight of you approaching them and turn and quickly walk away. But, at least in Bixby, that rarely happens. The employees seem interested in helping you find things and there are some "experts" in different departments who will even talk through some ideas or repair methods with you. Nice job Lowes. Let me preface this review with the fact that I go out of my way to go to the Bixby store. We have spent thousands of dollars in the last 7 months alone. I had bought several items for a new home from all 3 of the local Lowe's and had to return some of them. I did not have a receipt for all of them. 2 of the items were 50# bags of thin set mortar. So, Roger "tries" to help. He said he couldn't find record of my purchases for return. I asked for a store credit more than once, which he ignored. He said that I was required to have a receipt. So, we had to load the 100# of mortar back into the truck. He said I needed to go home and find the receipt, I said I thought I might have it. He gave me a printed list of things I needed to find receipts for.....................Well, we went right over to Tulsa Hills Lowe's, returned the stuff for a store credit of $165 which we applied towards our $350 purchase. I've always liked the Bixby store but won't be back. Good job, Roger. And by the way, if your helping a customer, let someone else answer the phone and the rude employees while you're "helping" a customer.
