They offer water to customers, whether you purchase or not . The staff were extremely nice, but did not try to sell us on anything. They were there when we needed them, and doing their own thing while we browsed. They have bathrooms for guests . What I don't like is that the WiFi does not work and I had to keep stepping outside to make my purchase and fill out the application. I had to step out again to get my coupon. It's like the place has lead walls and your phone just doesn't work inside. As for the delivery, I expected them to set up the couch. I don't know much about lovesac but for as much as I paid and how expensive these are I would expect lovesac to set up the couch for you! It took me over four hours to put my couch together. The pieces are heavy and it is hard to put the covers on the frame. I'm glad it's over but had I known how difficult it was to set up my new couch I would have just went with a Costco couch as they provide a white glove service. The frame has a lifetime warranty but there is only a manufacture warranty on the covers and the inserts. Pretty sad given the amount you spend on these. I recommend the couch if you have a lot of help putting it together. As for the company itself I think their warranty is crap and so is the fact that they don't provide a white glove service.

We love the flexibility of the design and the washable covers! That is huge given we have a pet. We visited the LoveSac in San Diego that was much smaller and only had one couch option to view. Coming to this shop was much better because they had a set up with all three different arm types available and a variety of different fabrics to view! It really made it easier for us to narrow down our selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We haven't pulled the trigger just yet but are so much closer because of the different options we were able to see in person that helped us narrow down our pick!

( my mistake I knw ) . I live in Delano ca they were charging $300 fee to deliver them. I decided to pick them up . When I got home they didn't fit . It was late at night to reach back to them I waited next morning to contact them they said they'll let the manager know the whole day goes by no answer . The following day goes he reaches back to say they'll charge a %30 off to return them , !!!!! and will give a credit of $1,300 out of $1,840 I payed for . How unprofessional this furniture store is !!! Wanted $500 for free ! When the couches are brand new ! Rafael, the fountain repair technician for Majestic Palms and Fountains did a fantastic job of repairing all the cracks, sealing the fountain, and replacing the pump. Very inexpensively I might add. I found the pricing a wee bit steep but yards are always expensive to keep looking nice! We went on a Sunday and found the grounds to be much larger than expected! Other large out buildings are there to check out that house a lot of pottery and colorful Mexican imports that serve as decor. No one at all helped us until we went into the office and asked a nice lady to ring us up. At least, very low pressure sales. Delivery and set up was $120. A third of the price of the fountain itself! Still, worth it after seeing that the guys showed up on delivery day even earlier than expected. They also gave us a call for a 20 min heads up that they were coming. They even removed our old fountain upon request for either resale of parts if they want to, or for trash. They worked quickly, cleanly and were polite/professional. The whole transaction was very smooth and the fountain looks and operates great! I would return for other purchases and recommend this family owner business.
