This was our first major home project and we were overwhelmed with decisions, but every step of the way John and Jeannie were there to give advice and keep us on schedule. Pricing was very fair and all quotes and change orders were prompt and detailed. John oversaw every bit of work done and is extremely detail oriented. Every concern we had he was one step ahead and already dealing with. It's such a relief knowing that someone knowledgeable cares so much to make sure that everything works exactly as it should. We stayed in the house while work was being done and his crew of Bobby, Mikey and Ryan and all the subcontractors were a pleasure to be around every day. They did great work and were always thoughtful about how parts of the job would affect us and our pets. We love our home so much and owe it to everyone at JAY Construction.
