The floors, cabinets, and drywall were all gone. At one point, it honestly felt like the place might never be livable again. Andrew came in and completely turned that around. He restored our home into something beautiful, comfortable, and truly exciting to live in again. From the very beginning, he was kind, charismatic, and genuinely listened to all of our concerns. This wasn't an easy project, and there were a few bumps along the way, but whenever something came up, Andrew heard us out and immediately worked to make it right. He always made sure we were happy with the outcome. What meant the most to me was how supportive and reliable he was throughout the entire process. He guided me step by step, treated me with care, and took so much stress off my shoulders. On top of the construction itself, Andrew skillfully handled a complicated situation involving the property management company and insurance reimbursement. In the end, he completed the entire project within the amount provided by insurance, and the results exceeded my expectations. Repair Broke Sewer Line For 5 to 6 times ABAT had to clear…read moreout my sewer line which kept getting blocked and backing into my bath. Always did a great job. Finally Frank ran a camera down the line and saw the bottom of the iron had rusted out and jagged edges of the pipe were trapping toilet paper. He needed to jackhammer my floors and concrete pad to replace the broken section of pipe. We scheduled the repair to begin upon my leaving for vacation. I was told my home would look just the way I left it. When I got home it looked like it was ransacked. My property was thrown around randomly, dust was on everything and everywhere I touched. My clothing in the closet and bedding were full of heavy dust and damaged. My bathroom was so filthy and covered with chunks from jackhammering it took me 2 hours to clean the sink and shower to use them. I even found my plunger and toilet brush in my kitchen sink. My home was rendered uninhabitable. This after Frank's promise. The damage is so extensive Servepro is coming to clean and organize the total disorganization of my home. While ABAT is good at the small jobs stay far away if a major project is involved. The trust I placed upon Frank was completely violated.
