I asked to talk to the dr about it and was told to wait but after 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I came back and had it done. About a month ago the pain came back. I went to my dentist and got x-rays and they told me to go back to Dr. Fein as he should be open to redoing the work if it wasn't done correctly. I go see him today and immediately he claimed that the pain was due to the filling my dentist did being done incorrectly or a new infection. He wouldn't even think that it may have not been done fully or he may have missed something. I was told coldly that I could have it retreated, at my own cost. He would absolutely not do anything unless I paid for it. I sent an email regarding thei to he and my dentist in which Dr. Fein replied and denied he had charged me for a deep cleaning and that he never said that my filling wasn't done correctly. He made up a bunch of words and replied to the email. It was in total BS. He actually lied in this email! Read the good reviews but also read the bad ones. This guy apparently does a good job on most but anyone he doesn't do a good job on is refused any type of follow up care or refund. It's a crap shoot and too expensive of one to take. This guy took way more time in replying to my email and lying about what he said then he ever took explaining the bill or the process to me. He words his response email as though he is so professional. He's not. I guarantee he charges everyone an extra "deep cleaning fee" whether they need it or not. Go elsewhere!

My Experience With This Practice…read more Dr. Amir was the surgeon who performed my wisdom tooth procedure. I had all four of my wisdom teeth scheduled to be removed at this practice. I paid for all four extractions, and my insurance was also billed for all four. I also paid the required copay for each tooth. I underwent general anesthesia and went through the recovery and pain believing that all four teeth had been removed. After the procedure, I was told by Dr. Amir and the staff that the procedure had been completed. At my follow-up appointment, I was again led to believe that everything had been taken care of. Later, I visited my general dentist, who took X-rays and informed me that one of my wisdom teeth was still present and had not been removed. I returned to the practice and brought this to Dr. Amir's attention. He apologized and asked me to contact the staff regarding a resolution. After contacting the staff, I was reimbursed only the $136 copay associated with the tooth that had not been removed. What makes this even more frustrating is that because of this mishap, I now have to go through another extraction and another round of recovery, pain, and inconvenience--something I should not have had to go through if the procedure had been completed correctly the first time. My concern is that I was charged for a procedure that was not fully performed, my insurance was billed for all four teeth, and I was not informed that one tooth remained until my general dentist discovered it through X-rays. The appointment was scheduled more than 30 days out... the evening before the appointment on June 6, 2025, I received a call saying the insurance was still not confirmed and unless i wanted to pay out of pocket, they would have to reschedule the appointment. I asked them to call me back to schedule once they verify insurance. This place NEVER called back. What I have received, 2 billings for $10.93 with no indication why i was billed. I get it it's $10.93, it least its not $110.93. I paid this a month ago because I realize this place is not good and I just want them to go away. Today, August 1, 2025, I received the same billing for $10.93. I called at 330pm on a Friday and the office is closed, but the office hours are listed to be open til 430pm. The point in all this is, don't waste your time with this practice, find a better place for you or your family member to be put under and have someone cutting into your mouths.
