I've been going here since they first opened, it's been a few months. It has been a few months, and I'm so happy to report this nail salon is still extremely clean, polite, affordable and talented. It's small, there's a separated room for waxing, three or four pedicure chairs, and four nail stations. They sanitizer all their tools in a special machine and are constantly washing tools after use and putting them in. This makes me love this salon even more, because one of my biggest worries with nail parlors are their sanitary conditions. There's three girls who work, they're all extremely sweet and the owners husband is occasionally there to do pedicures. Yes I am one of those women who is a little weirded out by a male giving me a pedicure, but he does an amazing job! I love how they do tips, they're not thick or chunky and I have always gotten compliments with the work they do on my nails. I've had a few people even believe these are my real nails. They're very real looking and thin, but remain strong and I can go more than two weeks without a fill in with no concern of tips falling off. Although everyone's nail chemistry is different, so I wouldn't recommend pushing the time limit on a fill in for everyone. They also offer a frequent costumer card, which is worth it so always get it signed when you get your mani pedis done! Love this place would definitely recommend.

I've been coming to this salon for about three years, if not longer. The salon is always clean, the technicians are friendly, and the customer service has consistently been amazing. One thing I've learned is that they get very busy, so I highly recommend making an appointment instead of walking in. I usually book the same day and it works out perfectly without long wait times. I can also say I've never left feeling unsatisfied with my nails. They always come out exactly how I want. And I have to give a special shoutout to my favorite tech, Rita! She's the best!

I looked down and noticed the nail polish all over my leather bag, hands, and on the back of my cell phone case. The bottle must have been open from the person who used it last. I asked for help and got handed one cotton ball with acetone on it. When I asked to speak to the person in charge she told me that I shouldn't have opened the bottle. I explained repeatedly that I do not open it and that it was open she continued to say I shouldn't have opened it. My bag is now destroyed and they chose to accuse me of doing something wrong. It's unacceptable customer service. I'm posting this in hopes of the owner trying to make good since the person there would not.

After making a suggestion based on what I saw on the wall, she said it's no good for my nails because they're thin. I made 2 more suggestions, and she said the same thing, so I asked her for a recommendation instead. She said she couldn't give me a suggestion, but I told her she already did by refusing the other 3 requests. I asked her for the shape of my current nails (meaning leave them alone, just cut, file, and add the color), and at this point she flat out refused to see me. I asked her for the wait time of the workers and she said they won't see me when they're done with their customers either and that I should go across the street. She laughed as she said this in a wicked manner. She's mentally insane and I will never return. I recorded the conversation as proof and reported her to the BBB.

I got my old SNS nails removed at no charge, then had a new set done all for 40 bucks aside from the tip. The dipping of the nails took too long, I came in at 1 left at 3. All my nails were meticulously cleaned and filed, I appreciated the attention to detail- BUT the lady didn't dip enough to achieve the dark color I wanted. Some of the nails have splotches from where she didn't apply the fast dry polish. Also the selection of SNS colors are slim, the salon across the street has some really great glitter colors. This one doesn't- and if you ask to mix the colors they won't do it. I want to love this salon cause of the great prices, but this place won't suffice. I'm still looking for my next great salon.

I was very disappointed with how they handled a situation when my gel polish started peeling the…read morenext day. I went in two days after getting nails done to show them. They offered to redo it. I could not get back for five days because my schedule was so hectic especially since I have an Autistic Son and that's why it is so important that my nail is done right the first time because time is not my friend. Once I got there I did not need a fill yet, they proceeded to give me a fill in after 8 days and charged me full price. I was shocked. I asked them about it but they would not budge. I would understand if they charged for the un necessary fill but not the gel polish but no compromise. That means no longer will I patronize a business who will not stand by their work. This is unfortunate because I really liked them as people but as professionals one should stand by their work and be more accommodating to customers who call them out on it. Disappointed
