I've been coming to Russell Kelly's office for over five years now, and this is the best dentist office I've ever been to. Russell is an expert, he explains everything very well, and he only uses the best tools. I genuinely feel I'm in the best hands with Russell taking care of my teeth. My favorite is the receptionist Jackie. Since I started coming here, Jackie has always been very welcoming and is the life of the office. Even when I'm nervous about a procedure, she helps me get through them with her jokes. I often forget about my appointments, but Jackie makes sure to call me to remind me in advance. I've been to many dentists before, from really cheap to really expensive but none have the expertise and atmosphere like Russell Kelly's office. read more

Dr. Kelly has been my dentist for 20 years now, and I've always had excellent work done there. Last week was no different. I had been postponing my regular exam and cleaning due to COVID fears, but when I got to the office I was very happy to see all of the precautions they are taking, from the shoe sanitizer outside the front door to the fogging of the rooms after each patient. I was surprised to hear that I needed a root canal. I've had many fillings over the years, but never thought I would need a root canal. It's due to the clenching I do while I sleep, and I was shown very clearly on the x-ray why I needed the work done. At first, I panicked at the news, but when Dr. Kelly told me it would be easy and painless, I was no longer worried because he has built my trust time and time again over 20 years and I know that he is a true, very skilled expert. He got me in for the procedure just days later, and it was indeed 100% painless. Dr. Kelly also personally called me the next day to make sure I was not in any discomfort. This entire office is filled with professional people who care. He and his staff are always wonderful, and always do all they can to make me comfortable. I feel like Jackie (the receptionist) is part of my family and she has made me feel that way from Day 1. The hygienists and assistants are also wonderful, and I always look forward to talking to them during my appointments. I plan to use Dr. Kelly as my one and only dentist until he retires. He is a true professional who knows what he's doing. Thank you, Dr. Kelly and staff! :) read more

I have been going to Dr. Kelly for over 15 years. He and his team are great at what they do. Dr. Kelly provides expert dental services and is caring and professional. I had been to other dentists before and I wasn't happy with them until my husband recommended me to give his dentist Dr. Russell Kelly a try. Now I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for 10 years now. Dr. Kelly and staffs are always caring and ask me regularly through out any treatment or cleaning whether I am ok or have any discomfort. Dr. Kelly always kind and gentle. He remembers his patients. I always get warm welcome and have a good quick chat with staffs especially Jackie. Whenever I visited the office, I felt like meeting friends. Jackie is so sweet and understand you. They are not pushy or try to get you to spend money when you don't need to. Jackie is very accommodating on scheduling too. I forgot my appt before, when Jackie called to remind me and I had to reschedule and it was no problem at all. I have seen Dr Russell Kelly since precious location. But currently his office is located between Shoe City and Bank of America where he took over from his father. Even though outside looks dark, old and unwelcome, the inside got updated and is more welcoming. read more

I love this dental office. I have been to a couple before and this one already feels like home. Great and caring staff, that show interest in you. Jackie took care of the whole insurance situation, so there was not much work on my end. It's nice having staff that will go great lengths for their patients, so that all you have to worry about are your teeth and showing up. Dr. Kelly did an outstanding job on my teeth, there was no pain at all. It is also nice having a dentist that makes sure there's no pain during procedures, which is what I experienced. read more

I have been going to Dr. Kelly's office for over a decade and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Before I first visited his office, I had a really bad toothache and other oral maladies. It was dangertime in my mouth. I was suffering just so I didn't have to have the pain of going to the dentist. I'm so glad I stopped delaying and went in! Dr. Kelly always makes sure that I am comfortable and makes sure that nothing is uncomfortable or hurts. He has done this so long that he knows to tell you before something is going to have a feel and what it will feel like. It's hard not to be confident in the guy! I have 100% trust in Dr. Kelly and all who work with him in his office, and I recommend him wholeheartedly! But, I don't want any of you to go to him so I can still get an appointment easily! read more

I went to Dr. Kelly for years, mainly because it's where my parents went and I was just following along. Dr. Kelly was my adult dentist for just under 8 years and he was the primary reason I developed a debilitating phobia of the dentist. Dr. Kelly, and his late father who owned this office before him, have absolutely NO "bedside manner." I do not wish to speak ill of the dead, so I will say that the current Dr. Kelly is gruff, impersonal and rushed in all of his manners. I had several cavities filled there and for each one the Dr. had to prescribe me a strong dose of Valium to use in order to cope with my terror of entering that office. This fear began to develop when the late Dr. Kelly made fun of me for crying in pain when I had my first cavity filled. The new Dr. Kelly exacerbated this fear and tension by arguing with his dental assistants repeatedly during my procedures. He seems like a very difficult person to work with and the dental assistants always appeared miserable. This may be why they are quick and rough with their procedures and cleanings. The tension in the office is permeable. It was never a surprise when I saw an entire new staff in the office each time I visited. The one good thing about the office is the office manager, Jackie (spelling?), she is wonderful to work with, it is unfortunate that she's not performing any of the procedures. read more

Jackie the front desk lady has been really helpful to me and my family appreciate you !!!!

I have known and gone to Dr. Russell Kelly for many years. Before he started practicing, his father, Dr. Robert Kelly was my dentist. I would have to say - like father like son! Russell has a great patient demeanor. When in doubt - he gives you all the options and let's you decide what is best. I've had all the typical fillings and crowns and even invisalign with him. He always take the time with you and never makes you feel rushed. He realizes that not everyone is comfortable in a dentist chair. He always asks "how are you doing - you ok?" I appreciate that a lot. I also appreciate the front office staff who is always accommodating my busy schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly! read more

I switched to Dr. Kelly recently, and I am very glad that I did. He is so thorough and patient. Throughout every procedure, he ensures you are comfortable and understand the treatment. Everyone in the office is kind and provides excellent customer service. Dr. Kelly demonstrates his level of expertise through his obvious concern to provide excellent dentistry to his patients. Most importantly, Dr. Kelly makes me feel like he cares about the quality of work he provides as well as the customer service his patients receive from everyone in his office, which gives me confidence that he will provide the best service because it is a reflection of himself. He has fixed dental work that my former dentist carelessly performed so now I am not living with discomfort any longer. I would recommend him to anyone, and have already in the short time I have been his patient. My 15-year-old son has also referred him to his friends and he never recommends services such as medical and dental to anyone. read more

I have been a longtime patient of doctor Kelly's (7 years). I have referred my husband and parents and am glad I did! Dr. Kelly was able to figure out that my mom's nasal problems were due to a rotting tooth. Had it not been for Dr. Kelly, I don't know what would have happened to my mom. Dr. Kelly is passionate about his practice, he's the only dentist that I've had that checks for throat cancer during an exam. He cares about his work, he cares about his patients and I think that's an invaluable quality. read more

Big K dog!! Dr Kelly is legit!! I am not a fan of going to the dentist as are most folks but I can assure you that this fine man will take the best care of you as if you were part of his family! I had not been to the dentist in excess of 7 years and finally after being forced into it by my wife I went to see K dog. I began the process of fixing my 6 root canals 4 crowns and about a bakers dozen of cavities around jan 2013 and today I am happy to say I am all fixed up and I can not be happier! Every appointment was a breeze he never put me in any pain or discomfort and on many occasions he stayed late to take a late night emergency appointment he is the single best dentist that I have ever been to! So finally I have all my teeth back in order and even a shiny new gold crown!! So if you need anything more than that you are too critical!! Go get your grill right with DR Kelly he keeps you looking tight!! read more

Big K Dog huh? I prefer R Kelly! But seriously Dr Kelly is the best Dentist and I know that now because I tried going to another Dentist and it was a Huge Mistake! I've been seeing Dr Kelly for 15 years and thought he was always caring, asking many times during my filling if I was ok and comfortable. Through the years he has also given me discounts when I was strapped for cash and worked with me financially, including with due dates and insurance. I agree with the other review about Jackie, she is WONDERFUL and a pleasure to deal with. I will also say she's been there all 15 years I've been going. The hygeinists have also always done a great job, and are also caring for my comfort. Last year I decided to try a laser Dentist for a gum line filling I needed. He was very nice but I went home in such pain I never felt before on a tooth or gum. The pain lasted weeks and I went back and he redid the filling but it was no better. Finally, after months, I had Dr Kelly redo it and it was all better. My dentist cousin said gum line fillings are not easy and a cosmetic dentist needs to do those. Turns out Dr Kelly is also a Cosmetic Dentist. I have all white fillings and they look great, nobody would even know I had them. From now on, when I ask Dr Kelly why he doesn't do certain methods (such as laser fillings), I'll know there's a good reason why. This guy knows what he's doing. And,on top of it all, he's got a sense of humor and cares about me. Thanks Dr. Kelly! read more
