Turns out, all the reviews were truthful and spot on. Rayna the manager was FANTASTIC !!! She "Held our hands " and took her time with us through the whole process, explained everything patiently several times, transfered ALL our files, ( in past at other cell phone stores I have been told more than once that all the files cannot be transfered, I imagins that's because those store sale people can't be bothered), filled out all our paperwork, got us special rebates, the list of great customer service gestures with sincerity and genuine concern goes on and on. Needless to say, we will bring ALL our friends and family to her for future cell phone needs.

Subject: Complaint Regarding AT&T Store Waitlist and Customer Service…read more Yesterday, after my phone was stolen, I went to an AT&T store to restore my phone line. I added my name to the waitlist and was instructed to wait for text message notifications. I received a text confirming that I was next in line and that I would be notified by text when it was my turn. I waited outside the store for an hour and a half, relying on the notification system exactly as instructed. I never received another text. Instead, the store closed, and I was later told that employees had called my name. This is completely unacceptable. If customers are asked to provide their phone numbers and wait for text notifications, they should be able to rely on that system. I should not have to stand outside for an hour and a half only to discover that the store had called my name instead of sending the promised notification. I was already dealing with the stressful situation of having my phone stolen. The lack of communication made an already difficult situation considerably worse and wasted a significant amount of my time. I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and how AT&T intends to resolve this situation. I also hope the store will review its waitlist procedures so other customers do not experience the same problem. I look forward to your response.

Went into the store because I had mistakenly onto a franchise and didn't know it. So I went to see…read moreif they could help me because the phone that I replaced was nothing like the phone that I had bought when I asked for a comparable phone to what I had. When I went into the corporate store I was completely ready to cancel my service and go with someone else. the gentleman working took the time to show me how to use the phone and explained that there really wasn't a phone that was comparable to what I had. So I end up buying a tablet with the understanding that I would get a rebate and the tablet would be free! The only reason I did that. So I wait the seven days like I'm supposed to don't get the rebate after numerous hours of phone calls and not being able to get the answers I needed I go to the corporate store they look at my account and tell me that I have to make the second month payment okay so I do that wait the seven days like I'm told and I don't get the rebate mind you I have spent probably 3 hours on the phone trying to deal with this issue two trips to the store. So here I go again the other day right down to the store please tell me why I haven't received my rebate the guy pulls up my account and says you're not on the right plan really if they would have said that I would have done it. Be careful if you buy anything from them or have services from them make sure you know everything and anything and always double-check cuz I wish I would have double-checked triple checked because at this point their service sucks their customer service is beyond horrible and they lie

No other cell phone carrier has ever done that to me and its a terrible practice. Why should we pay for others accounts when we r trying to start a new one with your company. I did not appreciate that. Then today, a salesperson was less than pleasant about me wanting to up my plan for travel to Europe. He suggested that we pay $100 per each of 5 phones for a month ($500). When I told him that when I purchased the phones, I was told I could just increase the plan and then decrease it when I came back, he told me I could do that (which costs a lot less); however, I might lose the promotional credit on my phone. There are 2 exceptions at this store from those I have dealt with: Brian and Johnathan. If you must go, see them. They were very polite and professional each time I saw them. Otherwise, I do not plan to go back to this store.
