Because of two-step verification, I was completely locked out of my Gmail, Apple ID, bank apps - everything. I just needed help getting reconnected to my own life. To be fair, the employees tried... but it was like watching a chaotic group project where no one actually knew the assignment. One of them, Pauline, was clearly brand new and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Not her fault, but maybe don't leave the trainee in charge of someone locked out of their digital existence? The other one, Gabrielle, was the Attitude Queen: all eye rolls, sarcasm, and zero customer service. She acted like helping a customer was some sort of personal insult. Honestly I think she is still rolling her eyes. Between the two of them, they managed to give me: the wrong phone number to call since they couldn't , the wrong department, and absolutely no real guidance. When I finally got through to AT&T Loyalty, they were shocked the store hadn't helped me at all. Oh yeah, when I asked for names, suddenly everyone got very quiet. They gave me only one name (Gabrielle) and refused to confirm the other. They also denied me any chance to speak to their manager, Cynn, who I'm convinced is either permanently "not available" or completely imaginary. They refused to give me a work number or email for management which is honestly wild. What kind of store runs like this? A top-secret bunker? Yes, they attempted to help but between the incompetence, the attitude, and the refusal to provide basic accountability, the whole visit was a disaster. If you're hoping for empathy, professionalism, or even basic problem-solving, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I was to pick either broken phone or phone outage. It was neither. I couldn't add more memory to my iCloud. When I couldn't chose #1 or #2 the call was disconnected. The young man needs at the least, customer service training.

I stood behind her for a moment, as they were blocking the whole display. She turned and looked at me as she was finishing her sale but pushing a screen protector on the customer who had said he didn't want it. She never bothered to address me (like a greeting or something) or even move slightly so I could look at the phones on the display. This is almost average junk service anywhere you go now, sadly. I left within five minutes. I won't be back. I'll probably just order online. These storefronts are a waste of company money.

Didn't show us phones or explain differences just asked what I was interested in. Only tried to get me to change my phone plan stating that I had an old holdover plan from Sprint. Apparently wasn't interested in selling me a $1,000 phone. Asked what another plan could possibly do for me as we have 3 lines, 3 phones and unlimited service. She responded nothing, just better promotions when you want to upgrade. Walked out and purchased on-line.

    I went in for a phone for my mother. I specifically told the sales girl her primary reason was to…read morebe able to FaceTime her family around the country. She made suggestions and we made a purchase. After a few weeks went by I had time to go over the phone with my mom only to find there is no FaceTime available on this phone. I went back into the boost store today only to be met with a cocky sales person. I asked him a question, he replied, I asked him another car question To which he replied you are not listening to me to which I replied there is no need for you to talk to me like I'm an asshole. To which he replied you need to leave. There is no customer service at this location. I will be doing everything I can to switch from boost Mobile to another provider. If you are someone who feels like customer service is important do not go to boost Mobile. They couldn't care less about taking the time to get you the proper product for your needs. Spend the little extra and go to sprint, which is the service I have and the customer service is excellent, but my mom was trying to go based on her budget. Definitely got what she paid for as far as phone but no one should be treated like this. The guy wouldn't take the time to have a conversation with me to try to find a solution. We are in a seniors community and this location does not have the skills, training or patience to help our seniors. Good Luck
