Employees Seth…read moreand Amanda were working, they had very little knowledge about what they were doing, Seth started trying to set up phone I had picked out kept trying to switch from straight talk to cricket he was on the phone and sitting down on his knees on the computer finely Amanda realized he was trying to set up the demo phone, so Amanda took over, Amanda had to be on the phone with another employee just to set up a phone for my mom that lives in an assisted living, I told her she didn't use the phone much and didn't need any data just phone and messages. I was told on the $30 plan she would get a $5 discount if I signed her up on auto pay so I did. This took over 4 hours. And when the first installment came out it was $30 so I went up there because she can't (still in lockdown because of COVID-19), and was told you only get the discount if your on a higher paid plan. When I went in the employee Seth said "Oh no" they young man that was working with Seth this day July 14, 2020 was very polite but still had very little knowledge as to what he was doing. He wore a mask but Seth just had the mask around his neck he would put it over his mouth every once in a while. They did not resolve my issues so I told them to just take her off the autopay and I would change carriers. And I left.. My nephews phone was shut off when it was supposed to be autopay deduction when I took him up there we were told by Seth and another young man, July 17, 2020 that it would cost $69 to reconnect him to the plan that was supposed to cost him $55 a month. I would NOT recommend cricket wireless in Heber Springs, AR to anyone, I don't even think they need 1 star. Poor service, lack of knowledge in their field, very unprofessional, standing outside the front door smoking. Will not be back.
